Description
Discover your perfect Algarve holiday retreat at Casa Marianna, a luxurious 4-bedroom villa that sleeps 8 comfortably. There is a private swimming pool with optional heating (€30 per day). Nestled within the sought-after Vale de Milho development, this exquisite property offers a delightful escape for your next vacation.Located in the popular area of Vale de Milho within walking distance of several restaurants, bars and a small supermarket.
The villa is located opposite the popular 9 hole Vale de Milho Par 3 golf course and is a short walk down the picturesque, sandy beach of Vale Centeanes which has its own bar and restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The village of Carvoeiro is a short 5 minute drive away or a 25 minute stroll. Occupying a large fenced plot with an established garden the house is tastefully furnished and boasts a number of fabulous outside spaces for you to enjoy al fresco dining and entertaining during your stay.
Approached through gates which take you up the private driveway around to the front door where you will find ample parking for three cars.
Upon entering the villa into the hallway there is the well equipped kitchen, access from the kitchen leads into a small outside laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
Beyond the hallway you enter the house through the dining room, a door here takes you outside into a delightful private courtyard with a barbecue. Steps lead up to a roof terrace with views across the golf course to the ocean beyond.
Beyond the dining room is the comfortable living room featuring a TV that has access to many international channels and log burner, perfect for the cooler months.
From the living room you access another outside terrace, here there is a large dining table with seating for eight covered by a retractable awning perfect for shady evening meals and drinks. This terrace leads down to the swimming pool terrace via a gated staircase. Here you can find another barbecue and small table. Behind the pool terrace is a covered, decked area and another outdoor lounge area.
Back inside there are two generous sized air conditioned double bedrooms one of which is en-suite with a shower and outside terrace with seating overlooking the pool.
There are a further two large air conditioned bedrooms each with two single beds and a further two bathrooms with showers.
The bedrooms are thoughtfully situated, one double and one twin on each side of the house allowing for privacy for two family or multi generation holidays.
Maid service, bed linen and towel changes are weekly. Air conditioning is included in the price. Pool heating is available at an extra cost of €30 per day if required.
Thursday only changeover in July & August.

We had an amazing stay at the villa!
By Amelia on 20-Jun-2026Plenty of room for a group of 7 both inside and outside of the villa, the pool is gorgeous and we made good use of both of the grills. There’s plenty of tools to do your own cooking, and it’s easy to walk into Carvoeiro (although it’s also easy to get an Uber when it’s hot!). We’d highly recommend anyone to stay here, you won’t be disappointed, and both John and Sarah were excellent and responsive hosts! ️

By Barbara on 22-Apr-2026very tranquil surroundings and by a stroke of good luck, some amazing weather for early April!. The villa is very spacious and the heated pool (an dditional payment for the pleasure) was the icing on the cake! Lots of outdoor seating areas, barbecues and a hot tub added to our enjoyment. The location is away from town centre so a car is necessary. I would highly recommend this villa and John and Sarah were most accommodating.

By Nuala on 19-Mar-2026The location is great, with some nice towns, beaches and coastal walks a short drive away. Plus a big supermarket a 5min drive away too. Some lovely local restaurants a short walk away too (would recommend Jardim do Farol and Rocha Mar Restaurante). The villa was perfect, with lots of space and everything we needed (appreciated the pool towels as well as bath towels!). Everything lovely and clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub - a bonus in a cloudy week in March when it wasn't super warm! Not sure we worked out all the jets or maybe some weren't working but not an issue for us. We also enjoyed bbqing in the evening, sitting out on the terrace, and eating outdoors. John was friendly & responsive, and check in was easy with a lockbox key. Very lovely to leave some wine for us when we arrived. Would recommend!
What a spacious and stylish house with a wonderful balcony!
By Jurre on 06-May-2026We greatly enjoyed the lovely heated pool and the quiet, pleasant location. There are also nice restaurants in the neighborhood, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. John and Sarah are incredibly friendly and helpful and respond to messages very quickly, which is really nice. Absolutely worth it and a lovely place we would go back to in a heartbeat!

It’s a lovely 15 min walk down to the beach and a lovely restaurant/bar that has great food and is also only a 30 min walk down into Carvoeiro. All in all a fantastic place to go for a holiday. We will be back.
