Casa Eliza is a stunning high quality 1 bed apartment with sea views and own roof terrace with sea views. It is located in the heart of Carvoeiro and just 5 mins walk to the centre so no real need to hire a car. Eliza is in a small block of 6 apartments with a condominium pool that guests can use whenever they wish. The huge terrace (42 Sq metres and private to the apartment) is a fantastic space to enjoy your breakfast, sundowners or just to sunbathe and enjoy the amazing views on offer over the pool to the Atlantic. there are sunbeds, a table and chairs and a lounge set to enjoy your time here.The upper terrace is accessed by a set of steps from the apartment's wrap around balcony and adjacent the stairs is a purpose built BBQ for guests' use. The apartment itself is on the upper floor of 2, and has a spacious lounge with comfortable seating, a fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything the owners could think of for a comfortable stay. Off the lounge is a large double bedroom and shower room as shown in the photos. Casa Eliza is a 3 to 4 mins walk to the village centre itself so a hire car or taxi is not necessary for your evenings out. This beautiful apartment has every ingredient for an enjoyable and comfortable holiday for 2 people. Winter bookings are welcomed and for long stays of over a month we can offer good discounts.

Beautiful property
By Denise Lyons on 23-Oct-2025This is our second time to stay at Casa Eliza. The villa is spotless throughout with absolutely everything you need for a great holiday including iron and hairdryer. Super comfy bed, perfect bathroom and kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Lovely lounge with tv and fire. It has a wrap around balcony that gets sun no matter what time of the day. The large private rooftop terrace has spectacular views over Carvoeiro and the sea with two sunbeds, umbrella, table and chairs. Everything is of the highest standard. The property is a 5 minute walk to the heart of Carvoeiro, shops, restaurants and the beach. There is access to a swimming pool and children's pool for use of just the 12 properties and was never busy. Sonia is on hand if any issue arises and Peter is great to deal with for booking and an instant reply to any queries. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Carvoeiro.

By 29 June to 6th july on 29-Jun-2024Peter was great to deal with, always quick to respond, and very helpful,Sonia was very polite and easy going The apartment has everything you need for perfect stay,It's home from home, The wrap around balcony is excellent from morning till night, The sun terrace a bonus The location is stop on 5 mins stroll in to town ,A couple of mins up to the square Supermarket 5 mins away Booking again for next year away

Elizabeth is also very communicative throughout your stay and personable. I highly recommend staying in her home, you won’t regret it!
