Going up to the roof bbq terrace will give you the most spectacular 330° views over coastline, Portimao and Monchique hills, especially at night Portimao is magnificent to watch. This modern good quality villa consists of three bedrooms which all have their own bathrooms(2 en-suites) double beds, terrace exit and built in wardrobes, entering villa in small entry hall leading to an ample light flooded lounge with (W)LAN – Internet router, fire place, flat screen, HIFI stereo + dining area immediately adjoining a spacious fully equipped kitchen with direct access to (covered) terraces and pool. Outside there are numerous terraces amongst others lounge terrace, a big covered bbq terrace with stylish furniture(leading to big 5 x 10m pool with outside shower) and the fantastic bbq roof terrace. The 1000m² private grounds are fully fenched in, also an evergreen hedge surrounds the whole plot ensuring a high level of privacy. Splendid bay beaches only minutes away!!!

Location

Villa do Farol is situated 3km west of Carvoeiro and only 800m from the Atlantic Ocean, about 58 kilometres away from Faro Airport, comfortably to be reached within 40 minutes as 90% is double lane. Starting at the villa you can make long walks on the cliffs and enjoy the most spectacular views. Carvoeiro is a traditional fishermen’s village, fortunately having kept an authentic atmosphere over the years, making it to one of the most popular villa holiday destinations in the Algarve The centre looks down onto a small beach bay enclosed by rock formations, Praia do Carvoeiro, surrounded by slopes with original building style. Carvoeiro has a name for quality tourism, golf courses Pinta and Gramacho and Carvoeiro Clube de Tennis invite, another 10 golf courses within 40 car minutes reach. Ferragudo has also kept its traditional flair, especially at and around the square. The most beautiful bay beaches are only minutes away, parents can also choose (Arade) river side beaches(no waves!!).

Pricing

Prices valid for an occupancy of up to 6 guests.

Included to the rental price:

Not included in the rental price:

€ 180,-- for final cleaning

– € 300, – deposit – to be paid in cash to the manager on site.

Note: Since April 1, 2024, a tourist tax has been implemented for all new reservations. This tax will be applied per day, per guest aged 13 years and above, with a maximum limit of 7 nights' stay. From April 1 to October 31, the tax is €2 per day, and from November 1 to March 31, it is €1 per day. This tax must be paid before arrival via bank transfer.


Bookings
– Pre-reservation for bookings up to 5 days, you can organize your arrival / flights.
– 30% deposit upon booking.
– 70% final payment 2 months before departure.
– Deposit of up to € 300, – in cash on site, will also be refunded on site.

Arrival and departure
– No departing guests, early takeover of your holiday home.
– No subsequent guests, you can stay longer in the holiday home.
Both options must be communicated in advance. Official takeover time 4:00 p.m., official departure time 10:00 a.m.
