Description
This beautiful 4 bedroomed Algarve villa is ideally situated on the peaceful outskirts of Carvoeiro and with a 180° sea view. The area is very quiet but within walking distance of beautiful beaches (Carvalho 10 min, Vale Centianes 15 min), mini market and array of restaurants, bars and cafés (10 min), and just 5 min drive from the supermarket. It has a large 10 metre private pool with surrounding terrace. This tranquil holiday villa offers everything necessary for a relaxing family holiday.4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 10m long swimming pool with optional pool heating*.
This beautifully maintained and typical Algarvian style house offers a piece of home from home. The large airy lounge is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, International TV system providing entertainment in various languages, air conditioning*, attractive open fireplace, and has patio doors opening onto the terrace and large private swimming pool. The villa has free access to Wi Fi.
There are 4 bedrooms 2 large double bedrooms and 2 large twin bedrooms, all with wardrobes and air conditioning*. The Master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, and there is a further shower room, plus family bathroom to serve the remaining 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.
The spacious kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with oven, hob, a large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine : everything you need!
Car hire, which we can arrange if required, is recommended but not essential. Alternatively we can arrange transfers for you and your party from Faro Airport direct to the accommodation. Price available upon request.
Our friendly English and Portuguese speaking staff are on hand to assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit..
As a small family business we look after a few properties in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa.
Baby cot and high chair can be provided by prior arrangement for a small charge.
We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter , this is included in the rental cost.
Our mobile phone number is available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergency calls.
*Pool heating is an optional extra for £195/230€ per week
Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 10am.
A 25% or £500 / 500€ (whichever is greater) deposit is required at time of booking. The final balance plus a returnable breakage deposit of £500 / 500€ is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

*All bookings between 01 November and 31 March are subject to an additional charge for electricity, payable monthly, charged at 0.25 cents for each unit of electricity used.

Please note, after booking the property you will be required to complete and return booking forms and a standard terms of rental agreement. This is to protect you, the guest, as well as the property owner. You will also be required to provide passport information in advance of arrival, this is a legal requirement in Portugal

A great villa experience
By Becky on 28-Jun-2026We’ve just spent a week at Casa Alexandra and loved it! It’s a beautiful house, bigger than it looks in the photos and has a great balance of being both stylish and comfortable. The pool is a great size and the shaded dining area looking out to the countryside and sea beyond was welcome in the heat and the evenings. The kitchen is well equipped which made cooking easy, but also there are a few restaurants within 15mins walk. Taxi’s into town were also straightforward, although maybe a bit more information about this might have been useful. Despite that the internet speed was good. Make sure you go to the walkable Praia do Carvalho, it’s a great beach. As with so many of the beautiful beaches in this area, there are steps/climb down but the pay off is soft sand and a refreshing sea which was warmer than expected. A great villa experience and Amy was very responsive and helpful. Thank you.
The perfect base
By Suzie MacDonald on 07-Oct-2025We loved our stay at Susie's villa. We had 8 ladies staying for 1 week and the main purpose of our holiday was to play pickleball at La Rocha Brava resort. This was the perfect base. The house was roomy. We paid extra to have the pool heated and that was fantastic. The pool was good size. The house was wonderful, everything was clean, and was cleaned again during our stay and fresh towels. There were plenty of plates and kitchen utensils and we did read before to bring our own basics - coffee, tea, salt, pepper etc. There is a small supermarket near by at La Rocha Brava but we got an Uber to and from Aldi's for large food shops (approx EUR 12 return). There were some lovely restaurants within a short walk. Suzie was also flexible with our check out time. We would love to come and stay again. Thanks Susie :-)

It was ideal travelling with different generations and everyone (from baby to OAP had a wonderful time). The villa is equipped to an incredibly high standard. Susie was an exceptional host and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. Couldn’t recommend this place more or give it any higher praise
