Casa na Colina has everything you want for a perfect holiday. Bathe in its private pool or just sit and relax enjoying the view. The house in its own secluded garden with lawns, palm trees and orange and lemon trees too It is superbly maintained and equipped.The 10 metre x 5 metre swimming pool has staircase steps to shallow end (80 cm), deep end two metres. Pool heating at extra cost is available. Twice weekly pool service,. Housekeeping three times a week. All linen and towels (except beach towels) supplied. Child's cot and high chair available. BBQ, ample pool and garden furniture, pool bar, pool shower room.. Wifi
Air conditioning,central heating & logs for the fire included in the basic price.
Tennis and fitness centre in walking distance. Two excellent golf courses about a mile away. Carvoeiro Club reception provides hotel type services, eg dinner bookings, etc.
We can arrange for a welcome pack (cold meats, bread, butter, tea, milk etc.) to be in the house on your arrival.
The outside terrace with its glorious views is ideal for family meals or just sitting & relaxing.
Casa na Colina is three quarters of a mile (1200m) from the middle of picturesque Carvoeiro with its beach and many restaurants. There is a beach within ten minutes walk, and many more a short car ride away. It is a short walk to the restaurants at Monte Carvoeiro.
Beautiful Silves, the historic capital of the Algarve under the Moors, can be reached by car in fifteen minutes and the breathtaking cliffs at Sagres, the south west corner of Europe, in less than an hour. The Monchique mountain with views back to the south coast and across is in easy reach..

Stunning villa in a lovely little town
By Heather Guy on 31-Jul-2026Casa na Colina is an absolutely gorgeous villa which had everything we could want for our stay. Wonderfully well maintained, spotless and spacious for our three generations family visit. It is lovely and quiet and not overlooked. The pretty little town is about a 10-15 minute stroll away. There are lots of good bars and restaurants but the villa has all the equipment you’ll need if you want to eat in. There’s a lovely, sandy beach just down from the shops where you can hire beds/shades or you can bring your own beach towels and just sit on the sand, there was plenty of room. We all had the best time here and are already talking about returning next year.
Stunning villa
By Jo Hall on 28-May-2026This beautiful villa certainly does not disappoint! This was our third year returning, and we are already planning our fourth visit! The cleanliness and overall condition of the villa are excellent. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, and having use of a washing machine is a real must when travelling with young children. The new poolside sun loungers and umbrellas were a wonderful bonus this year. The loungers are incredibly comfortable and made relaxing by the pool even more enjoyable. The housekeeping service is excellent. I managed to break the iron this year, and they had a replacement at the villa within just 30 minutes! The cleaners visit regularly throughout the week and are completely non-intrusive, replenishing towels, bedding and anything else that is needed. Both the villa and outside areas are always kept beautifully clean. There is also a lovely grassed area, which was particularly appreciated this year as my two youngest grandchildren made full use of the gardens, playing games and enjoying the space. The heated pool is maintained to an excellent standard and is always the perfect temperature. We absolutely love this villa. We stay in a number of villas throughout the year, but there is something about this one that has really got the balance of ‘home comforts’ just right. It genuinely feels like a home away from home. The administration and communication with the owner, David, are also excellent, which always helps to take away some of the stress that can come with booking villas online. We honestly cannot recommend this villa highly enough and are already looking forward to our fourth visit!

Beautiful well equipped villa

The pool is very big and perfect for families with older kids. 4 double bedrooms with wardrobes and plenty of storage each with their own bathroom. Very comfy beds, and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils and things you need to cook a meal. A 10-15 minute walk to Carvioeiro town, plenty of Ubers/taxis at €6-7 euros each trip if you don’t want to walk . Perfect stay for us, will definitely be returning.

By Nicole Kelly on 14-Jul-2026Exquisite property! Well-tended, beautiful and expansive garden with pristine pool is where you will likely spend most of your time. En suite bathrooms in each bedroom provide for perfect accommodations for all guests. Lovely and comfortable shaded outdoor dining areas on all floors with sweeping views. Bring your own toiletries (shampoo / conditioner) and kitchen staples (salt/pepper/cooking oil) if you want to cook, as those were the only items we had to add on to our shopping upon arrival. The host was quick to respond and the home is well loved and well tended. Would book again. We loved our time at Casa N.C.!
