Description
Casa Colina is located 20 minutes from Faro airport and 20 minutes from the magnificent Barril Beach near Fuseta. Set on a enviable position on a hillside looking down to the Ria Famosa the feeling of freedom and luxury is unmistakable.The air-conditioned Main villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 Bathroom, Large Lounge / Dining room, a fully equipped kitchen. Two apartments give 3 further bedrooms and two more bathroom, each with their own kitchen. A TV with IPTV and the normal streaming services, Bluetooth speakers in each bedroom and a games room, large pool and Pétanque court can provide hours of fun for all the family.
The Villa is within easy reach of the main A22 motorway and easy access to Faro, Loule, Mar Shopping Center, Villamoura and many, many golf courses.
Our rental terms is for a minimum of 7 days and in multiples of 7 days, the arrival and departure days are only on Thursdays
PLEASE NOTE: In Faro District there is a Tourist tax payable between March & October, the rate costs €2.00 euros per person from the age of 16 and is applied for up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This Tax will be collected in cash by the Villa Manager during your stay.

Great villa, loads of space
By Louise Jones on 21-Aug-2026Great villa, loads of space and suited our group aged 8 months to 70 years really well. Excellent facilities, especially the games room and children’s play area. Really helpful and responsive host. Would recommend.
Awesome Stay
By Helen Griffith on 08-Aug-2026We are back home from what was a truly an awesome stay at your villa. So much fun was had and so many wonderful memories made with 4 generations. We were all so very jealous of your villa, it's just perfect in every way!! The facilities were amazing, so much attention to detail. The pool volleyball fun, I didn't realise we were such a competitive family! Although we didn't get to meet Silvia, it was reassuring to have her contact details and she responded promptly when needed. We will definitely consider coming back in 2 years time.
Lovely Stay

We stayed a couple of years ago as well, and it was great to see the improvements you’ve made since then. The outside area is looking fantastic and really made a difference to our stay. Everything was just as we hoped it would be, and we’d happily recommend Casa Colina to friends and family. We’re already hoping to book again for next July, so hopefully we’ll be back before too long!
Fantastic long weekend
By Kate Williams on 10-Mar-2026We loved our long weekend in Casa Colina. There was plenty of space, both in the large bedrooms and in the big communal kitchen / diner / living room. We particularly appreciated having a couple of separate apartments. The view from the pool terrace is spectacular, and we swam every day. The games room was lots of fun too. Some of our group didn't leave the villa all weekend! We'll be back!

January blues ladies weekend away

The villa has stunning views and is fully equipped with all you might need whether basking in the sun outdoors or, as was our case, a January blues ladies weekend away for cooking, eating and drinking wine. Graham and his team are the perfect hosts. We will be back again next year if not before!
