This delightful villa is set within lawned gardens with palm, carob trees and flowering plants, a pretty pergola area and a splendid 8x4m depth 1,2m-1,6m swimming pool with ample sun and shaded terrace areas. During the day relax at the pool or stroll to the beach located just 300 meters away, in the evening enjoy your al-fresco dining with a lovely built-in BBQ area and terrace dining furniture.The interior of this lovely, spacious and well-furnished villa provides traditional décor throughout. Downstairs accommodation includes a galleried staircase with seating area overlooking the hallway, a separate fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine microwave, toaster, coffee maker with breakfast bar and stools. Lounge and dining area with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, satellite television, DVD player and patio doors leading out to the front garden area. There is one twin and one double bedrooms with air conditioning and a separate large full family bathroom and one master double bedroom with air conditioning and ensuite shower room. Access door to the garden and pool area.
Upstairs accommodation provides one master double bedroom with air conditioning and a private spacious balcony with sea views and another double bedroom with air conditioning and terrace. Separate access to another sun terrace and a separate full family bathroom.
Villa Bonita is a spacious, well furnished villa in a fabulous beach location and within walking distance of local restaurants, highly recommended.

Payment Conditions
A 25% Deposit is due within 5 business days from the day of booking (non refundable).
The remaining 75% to be received three weeks prior to clients arrival date (non refundable).
A breakage deposit of €300 to be paid on arrival and will be given back in cash on the day of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
All payments have to be made by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit and remaining payment are non refundable in case of cancellation.

AMAZING LOCATION - JUST WONDERFUL
By karyn thompson on 03-Jul-2026THE OWNER WAS SO EASY TO DEAL WITH AND WAS ON HAND TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WHEN WE GOT THERE. THE VILLA IS AMAZING AND THE SUPERMARKET IS A MINUTE OUT THE BACK GARDEN GATE. THE VILLA ITSELF IS SPACIOUS AND HAS AC IN ALL BEDROOMS. VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS AND SUPER CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND THE BEAUTIFUL RESTAURANTS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VILLA TO ANYONE AND I PLAN ON BOOKING IT AGIN SOON
Great place
By Lisa Rose on 20-Jun-2026Fantastic Villa close to all amenities, bonus is having the supermarket and cafe out the back gate. The Villa furniture is a little outdated however did not spoil anything as we spent all our time in the pool! The flowers and shrubs around the garden are beautiful and make it a beautiful place to sit. Any questions Carlos was on hand to speak to immediately. Would definitely recommend!
A slice of Heaven

The house was incredibly spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of eight, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The pool was an absolute highlight — clean, private, and perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the shops which are behind the property, restaurants, and the beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The villa was spotless on arrival, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. It really felt like a home away from home — perfect for families or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury. We’d love to return and can’t recommend it highly enough!

Spacious and practical
By on 08-Jun-2019This property is a little dated, if you are looking for shiny and bling and techy it won’t be your thing. Is some WiFi though. However it’s a large property we had 8 could have gone to 10-12 with few issues. This is because although the living diner is dark and small and the kitchen is only just big enough on top of the large bedrooms the outside space is seriously good. The toilet, pool (4-6foot deep in all places) and loads of sun loungers and outside large dining table are brilliant family areas. Reasonable price, payed direct to JMCRamos had no issues, in fact didn’t even see anyone all week, except pool guy and garden guys that turned up and the towels changed. Would recommend to large and extended families, wouldn’t recommend to people who like luxury Would like to add great family area, smashing beach but little night life
Perfect for family or quite holiday
By on 25-Apr-2019Villa Bonita is absolutely fabulous. €75 airport transfer (return)for 6 people. Less then €10 each way in a taxi will bring you into Albufeira Old Town. Local supermarket is 3 mins through back garden gate, queues first thing every morning for fresh baked!! 5 mins walk to beach passing a fabulous Italian restaurant, there’s two beach restaurants on the beach. Villa is absolutely perfect for families, cot/high chair on request. Extra blankets provided for the chilly nights. Wifi was perfect. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was kitted out very well. We had a party of 7 adults and no one had any complaints. It was €40 for 4 of us to visit Loulé Saturday market... worth a visit I would definitely recommend this Villa and will visit again.
Great for family holiday
By on 16-Sep-2017The villa was just perfect for our family holiday. Me , my husband , 2 kids and partners and my little 15 month old granddaughter absolutely loved every minute. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area was very pretty with fliers and trees and a great BBQ area. Plenty of sunny and plenty of shaded areas around so you can choose! Literally next door to supermarket so easy to get get supplies of everything you need without stress! 5 mins max walk to the beach so was able to take my little granddaughter down for an hour or so between naps! I would recommend the villa and the area for a nice family holiday, no stag dos, no hen party's , just perfect Oh and Mr Ramos who manages the property was more than accommodating when I asked for anything and came straight back to me which was very helpful.
