Private Detached Villa with 4 Bedrooms/4 Bathrooms (3 en-suite).Large terrace (with fence to prevent children from gaining access to pool without supervision) table and 10 chairs for outside dining - awning , 8 sunbeds plus additional seating. Lower Terrace with sunbeds side tables and Full Size table tennis table.
Outside Grill/BBQ with extra outside fridge.
Large private pool (4 meters = 13'6" wide) x (10 meters =33'6" length) , large private south facing garden .Newley refurbished kitchen

Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Beds comprise of = 1 Super King + 1 King + 4 Single Beds =which can be made into 2 x King Size Beds) all bedrooms have bedside cabinets/clock, hairdryer, all 3 upstairs bedrooms have en-suite bathroom and private balcony - table and chairs.
Bedroom downstairs (king size bed) suitable for anyone unable to climb stairs (next to shower room ).
Mosquito doors and nets on every window.
Lounge = Two 3 seater settees plus large lounge chair. coffee table, Wifi internet access. English TV channels -Sky television with sports channel/Radio/CD player/.
Dining Room = Dining table and chairs, dresser with all necessary glasses.
Kitchen = new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher/fridge freezer/oven hob/microwave/table and chairs/coffee maker/toaster/kettle.
Bathrooms - 2 have toilet/bidet/bath (with shower)/and sink - (Master has large walk in shower/bidet/toilet/sink), down stairs shower room with toilet and sink
All bed linen and bathroom towels plus additional swimming pool towels provided with complete change for any stay ten nights or longer.
Travel Cot and Highchair available at no extra charge, door at bottom of stairs has build in stair gate also at top of stairs.
Villa is suitable for wheelchair user.

Fantastic family holiday!
By Logan and Emma on 28-Jul-2026What an unforgettable family holiday! Portugal is one of our favourite places and this Villa was simply amazing. The outdoor space has everything we could have asked for, from the large swimming pool to the basket ball net and table tennis for the kids, we spent hours just lazing around before having BBQ’s in the evening. The Villa itself is lovely and the kitchen is amazing. From booking with SASA rentals to our check-in with the wonderful Mafalda they had everything covered. We are already looking at dates to come again next year.

An unforgettable week in portugal!

The outdoor space is absolute perfection, with the pool, garden, and patio areas providing the backdrop for so many lovely, lazy days spent with family and friends. The location is ideal, giving us a great base to explore the nearby beaches, the marina, and a rather successful fishing trip! Couldn't have asked for a better holiday.

Fabulous Holiday Villa
By George on 22-May-2026Such a wonderful family holiday here! The villa is perfect, equipped with everything you could possibly need and has a luxurious feel throughout. The huge garden area is the winning feature, gorgeous pool and plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

Yet another fantastic holiday!
By Emma on 28-Jul-2025Yet another fantastic holiday at this wonderful Villa and have already booked again for next year. The pool/outdoor area is beyond amazing. Our children spent hours in the pool. We enjoyed a couple of meals out at the local restaurants, however the BBQ area at the villa meant we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of lazy evenings sitting outside chatting with friends whilst the children played. Mafalda was once again on hand to answer any questions we had and was always so knowledgeable about the local area and recommended the beach at Vale Do Lobo as another wonderful beach we should try. Cannot wait to return once again. Thanks SASA rentals.
