Description
Situated 20 minutes from Faro airport. The villa is spacious and airy with plenty of indoor and outdoor areas, including a 12m x 6m pool that can be heated for an additional cost It has an acre of landscaped gardens. The garden is secure with a walled perimeter and access to the house is via an electric gate with intercom system. There is a good sized gas Weber BBQ for your use. We also have a table tennis table outside, along with a basketball hoop.On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 x SuperKings, 1 with 2 x singles (with 2 full sized truckle beds for children), Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the third has it's own separate bathroom. The villa has a large open plan lounge and dining area, with a 3m dining table and seating for 10. There is a separate TV room, a large kitchen/breakfast room and a utility room. The kitchen if fully fitted with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and with safety in mind there are fire extinguishers (on both floors), fire blanket and smoke detectors. The laundry room is fully equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer, along with an american fridge/freezer. The main lounge has a 55" Smart HD TV and there is a 42" Smart HD TV in the TV room along with a Blue Ray DVD player. We also have a games room with a 3/4 size snooker/pool table and darts board.
There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms, games room and green lounge together with a log fire for the winter months.
On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms one with a King size bed and the other with a SuperKing. From 2025 both bedrooms will have an en suite shower room.
All SuperKing beds can be separated into two large singles.
The villa is double glazed throughout and there are traditional Portuguese locking gating systems on each window and door and a full electronic security system.
There are two main outside terrace areas (and other smaller ones). On the upper terrace you will find casual seating and table where you are able to enjoy the panoramic views towards the sea. On the ground level terrace there are two tables and chairs for outside dining. This are also has the additional benefit of having blinds that can protect against the sun, wind or rain depending on the season.
The villa is served by Super Fast WiFi.
The villa has parking for at least 5 cars.
The accommodation is suitable for up to 10 adults plus 2 children plus 2 babies
Late night (after 9pm) and Sunday arrivals will be charged an additional Out of Hours fee of £40

Our Second Visit

The most Amazing Time

Everything was clean, well prepared and well equipped. The kids loved finding the cupboard with spare pool toys. Thank you so much for making great memories of a special family time.

By O'Leary on 14-Aug-2026Second time here! Just love this villa - perfect pool, used every day. Kids and adults enjoyed it. Villa is amazing! So much space. Loved evenings on the outside porch and upstairs watching the eclipse and shooting stars. Thank you, I am sure we will be back!
Fabulous Villa
By G Kelly on 30-Jun-2026Fabulous villa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in June 2026. Beverly and Joao were very attentive and resolved any queries or issues promptly. Pool heating was fabulous. Got a bit windy at times but the weather was great and even got to see the chameleons on a regular basis. Highly recommended!!

By Denyse on 28-Apr-2026Communication with the owner was always excellent; they respond immediately. On-site, there is also always someone ready to help. Perfect surroundings for day trips. We used Ubers for everything. There were minor issues in the house due to the thunderstorm and power outage, but here too, they were immediately available and very helpful. We would definitely love to go back again. The pool was heated during our stay, which was certainly a plus. A beautiful garden, which was also well maintained. Highly recommended!

By E D on 06-Apr-2026Villa is amazing, the best we’ve stayed in. Huge amount of space. Great pool. Well equipped kitchen. We were lucky enough to see a chameleon in the garden a few times which was a big plus for us. We would love to stay again.
