Welcome to Casa da Parreira!Casa da Parreira is a newly renovated, private 3-bedroom villa in the Algarve (near Loule) with a private pool, spacious terraces and gardens. The property is in a quiet hillside location and offers a high level of privacy and serenity. Ample safe parking is available.

The villa features a brand-new, modern luxury kitchen that is fully equipped for both short and extended stays. Appliances include a new oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a Nespresso coffee machine, along with all essential cookware and utensils. The kitchen is designed with sleek contemporary finishes and a modern feel, and a stylish dining area is conveniently located nearby.
The property offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms, all designed for comfort and rest and fitted with blackout blinds to ensure a perfect night’s sleep, as well as ample storage. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds, while the third bedroom includes a comfortable double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for year-round comfort.
There are two newly renovated, spacious bathrooms finished to a high standard with traditional Portuguese tiling and modern fixtures. The master ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower and a double sink. The second bathroom is large and modern, featuring a walk-in shower.
Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace or desk, high-speed internet, a Smart TV, and a PS4 with games and puzzles for entertainment. Air conditioning is installed in all rooms, and a fireplace provides warmth and atmosphere during the cooler months.
The spacious and not overlooked outdoor area features a private pool, gardens, and multiple terraces, offering complete privacy and plenty of space for relaxation and outdoor dining. Guests can enjoy the BBQ area, shaded by a traditional grapevine, and pick fresh lemons from the tree to use in a sunset gin and tonic by the pool.

Loved our stay
By Lisa on 21-Jul-2026Stayed at Sarah & Jorge’s place for 2 weeks! We loved our stay and the villa was very spacious clean & well equipped. It is very remote so would definitely advise a car - this villa has excellent views of the countryside and is very quiet. Would recommend if you want a chilling relaxing holiday.
Wonderful Stay

A few bits about the house: excellent a/c in all rooms, modern renovations and comfy beds, a great layout that has gathering places to eat/chat/chill in front of the pool (but shaded) and also on the terrace near the kitchen, and extremely helpful and responsive hosts who gave us great recs for restos, beaches, a private cook who did bbq's for us 3x, golf courses, and private boat trip. Regarding the location: it's a great home base - 15 mins from a high quality massive supermarket, 20-30 mins from loads of beaches depending on your preference, a huge range of restos within 10-30 mins drive. We were limited in our activities by having a toddler to entertain, but older kids went to great water parks, toddler went to play centres, adults could golf/beach/tennis. I'd highly recommend CDP for a variety of visitors - adults only and also families alike.
We Loved Our Stay !

The house is perfectly located as a base for exploring so many nearby towns, beaches and golf courses throughout the Algarve, both east and west. We explored all over the region and loved coming "home" each evening—it was a wonderful retreat after a day of adventures. It is very close to Loulé, a lovely town with delicious restaurants, great shopping, and an amazing Saturday market. The house is so comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped - we cooked most dinners there.

Attractive villa filled with all the home comforts
By Danny Dales on 28-Feb-2026Thank you to Sarah and Jorge for providing a really attractive villa filled with all the home comforts. The new bathrooms and kitchen are first class. It has a good sized (8x4m) pool with sensible depths (1-2m). Plenty of room for parking. Lovely views across the valley. It is an excellent property in a perfect location for either exploring the Algarve or just taking in the peace and tranquility of a small Portuguese village.
