Description
Villa Vale is a holiday villa to rent next to Vilasol. A large villa tastefully furnished set in its own very large grounds with its private drive way with car ports. Villa do Vale is within 5 minutes walk from the Vilasol small shopping centre and 10 minutes drive to Quarteira & Vilamoura with all the international bars/restaurants & shops that it has to offer and with their glorious sandy beaches. The town of Faro is just 10 minutes drive for some serious shopping.This very large and beautiful villa offers excellent, spacious accommodation on two levels. On the ground floor, the lounge / dining room has a large screen plasma cable television, WiFi and DVD player, comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs and two sets of patio doors which open out to the covered dining terrace and sunny swimming pool. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen, oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker and door to the outside utility area with washing machine. On this level there are three twin bedrooms all with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The entrance hall has stairs leading to two master double bedroom with air conditioning and full ensuite bathroom.

Entrance Hall, Lounge with two comfortable sofas and armchairs, large plasma screen satellite television. Dining Table and chairs. Three double bedroom all with air conditioning and full ensuite bathrooms with showers. Separate fully fitted kitchen with hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer. First floor
Two master double bedroom both with full large ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning.

Utility Room with washing machine, BBQ area. Covered terrace with dining table and chairs, swimming pool 10x5m depth 1m-2,1m, shower and gardens.

Payment Conditions
A 25% Deposit is due within 5 business days from the day of booking (non refundable).
The remaining 75% to be received three weeks prior to clients arrival date (non refundable).
A breakage deposit of €300 to be paid on arrival and will be given back in cash on the day of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
All payments have to be made by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit and remaining payment are non refundable in case of cancellation.
Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

Large Villa - needs a bit of maintenance, cleaning not as advertised
By Martin French on 28-Jun-2026Pros The villa has the wow factor when arriving, huge grounds and villa with private pool. Large bedrooms - all with en-suite. Cons Advertised as cleaners come twice a week, and change towels, and the pool would be cleaned weekly. We stayed 10 days and the cleaner only came once. They changed the towels when they came - but only left us small ones!. The pool was never cleaned. My son and I both cut our feet in the pool - needing plasters for the week. The welcome booklet in the villa states the decreased cleaning status, but that is not what was advertised. I wouldn’t have paid that much had I known the real cleaning schedule. The sofa’s look old, and one is on a slant due to the leg broken off. Air conditioning is in the bedrooms only. There were ants everywhere and cockroaches a plenty. All in all, still a nice place but would I pay that much or return ? Not at that price for that standard.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that you enjoyed the villa, its spacious grounds, private pool, and the large en-suite bedrooms. We are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We always provide our guests with the villa manager's contact details and encourage them to get in touch during their stay if they need anything. You contacted us regarding the scheduled cleaning, but no request was made for additional towels. Had we been informed, we would have happily arranged for more towels to be delivered. For stays of 10 days, the villa receives a full mid-stay clean, including a change of bed linen and towels, exactly as was carried out during your stay. The pool is professionally maintained once a week, and a leaf net is provided so guests can easily remove any leaves that may fall between maintenance visits. Should any issue arise, the villa manager is always available to assist. Regarding insects, the villa is located in the countryside. We have regular pest control measures in place, but during the warmer months it is unfortunately impossible to prevent the occasional ant or cockroach from appearing, as is common in rural properties. The listing clearly states that air conditioning is available in the bedrooms, and this information is also reflected in the villa description. We were also concerned to read that you both cut your feet in the pool, as this has never been reported by previous guests and no issue has been found during routine maintenance. We appreciate all feedback and continuously maintain and improve the property. We are proud that, apart from this review, our other guest reviews have consistently been excellent, reflecting the experience that the vast majority of our guests have enjoyed. AMAZING HOLIDAY
By Mandy van Riel on 20-Sep-2025I arranged for nine school friensa to come to Portugal. They came from South Africa, England, Canada and Germany. I chose Algarve and hired the the beautiful VILA SOL. As my friends arrived their comments were "UOU", beautiful Vila! They entered the spacious and huge house inside they loved . The rooms are large clean as the rest of house. The garden and the very big swimming are maintaned beautifully. On behalf of the 10 of us, thank for the comfort you provided

Easter holiday - enjoyed our stay
By Stefan on 13-Apr-2025We loved the spacious house, nice location in a very quite neighborhood and basically everything as described. An overall great stay with a big group of around 10 people, with children, that stayed there during our easter holiday. Unfortunately the first few days the temperature was little bit low, so pool was too cold to use, but once it started to rise it came to good use. There was a lack of some equipment, like the coffee machine, but the host soon fixed that. All the rooms were nice with a private bathroom, air-conditioning and the outdoor area was very spacious, with electric gates. Good communication with the host and if there was something that was needed to check or assist with, they were quick to answer, show up or fix. If I would recommend anything to the hosts, it would be that the furniture would be updated in some areas like the sofa, have garden chairs, maybe some sofa chairs as well or pop up the living room and dining area. At least enough space to make really cozy and perhaps change up a bit for different zones.

Palatial Villa. Upstairs 2 bedrooms enormous. Lovely bathrooms. 3 downstairs bedrooms good size. Air-conditioning throughout
By Maeve Parkinson on 08-Jul-2023Palatial Villa. 2 upstairs bedrooms enormous. Lovely bathrooms. 3 downstairs bedrooms fine all with en suites. Lovely pool and gardens. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms (which with 36° temps at times was very welcome ). Table tennis got great use. Within walking distance (10 mins.) of Oscars bar great music and food at very reasonable prices. . Also 5 other Restaurants. (Il Vero and Tiramisu (with beautiful pool) particularly good) Owner very responsive when we had a few "small" problems. All in all we (6 adults and 2 teenage boys) loved our Villa and holiday in general. Would recommend.
