Description
Casa Wowei is a detached single level fully air conditioned villa with large heated pool, located in the heart of Vale do Lobo.Heating throughout with a suntrap patio makes it ideal for winter holidays. It has been owned by the same family for over 20 years, used regularly by 3 generations of the family, often to benefit from the warm Algarve winter sun.
The good size garden is enclosed by hedges and whitewashed walls making it very family friendly. Pool & beach toys available for guests use. Cable TV including Sky Sports 2 bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom the master bedroom has a double bed and is ensuite.
The villa is 2 minutes walk from the Barringtons Club. The villa is 4 minutes walk from the Vale do Lobo golf club and is approximately 13 minutes walk to the large sandy beach and Praca where there are bars and restaurants.
Maid service included 6 days a week, excluding public holidays.
Cots and highchairs are available to be rented locally if required.
Safe in master bedroom.
Pool heating £250 per week with the pool having steps to allow children access .
Changeover day in high season is a Thursday,
No more than 6 guests , no parties and the lead booking must be by a person over 25 yrs of age who must stay in the property during the whole of the booking.
Access is after 3pm on arrival and departure must be before 10.00am
A £700 security deposit is required refundable within 2 weeks of departure assuming no damage. A non refundable deposit of 25% is required on booking with the balance due no later than 10 weeks before arrival .

Perfect for our party
By Pauline James on 15-Jun-2026The villa was just what we wanted. The location was great the villa good size, little dated but we loved it and the pool area was amazing. We paid for the pool to be heated and I could spend most of the day just floating around in it. Lots of loungers and plenty of places to eat outside. Clean well stocked with crockery & glass and unlike other places bin liners black bags washing up liquid dish wash tablets and all sorts of stuff you would normally have to buy. The beds were clean and comfortable and if wanted the cleaner came every day but for us it really was not necessary. Everywhere we wanted to go was only a short distance away and the ubers were cheap and convenient. Although it was hot we had a nice breeze blowing across the patio and also no one looking over us. I would definitely recommend this jewel and hopefully be back again next year. One last comment the owner was very helpful and our deposit was returned quickly. This villa is a gem.

A great week’s holiday
By Mark G on 11-Nov-2023Vale do Lobo is just a great place to holiday with young children. There’s plenty to do whatever the weather and the beach is one of the best. This villa is excellently positioned - and the heated pool was a major breakthrough: 2 and 5 year old grand kids were always eager to get in. Communications with the owner and his agent were always positive and helpful from the get-go. We had a fine time and intend to visit again.
