This lovely three-bedroom villa is in a fabulous location in the heart of Vale do Lobo. Benefits from a south-facing pool and also a decked terrace. This is an ideal place for a family holiday. Located in a quiet Cul-de-Sac close to the Vale do Lobo reception and also the amenities in the resort.

The Interior:
The ground floor of this modern and contemporary villa welcomes you through the entrance hall and into the open-plan lounge/dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted with a central island and seating. Both the lounge/dining area and the kitchen have access through patio doors to the poolside terrace dining area. Also, on the ground floor are two Double ensuite bedrooms.
The first floor is comprised of the third double ensuite bedroom that has also its own private terrace which also overlooks the pool deck. The garage has a utility area for rental use and is accessed via the front ramp.


The Exterior:
The outside area has a lovely decked terrace by the south-facing pool. The pool is approx 7 x 4 metres plus there are plenty of sun loungers, a pool shower, and also a lovely lounge area around the pool. The grounds are beautifully manicured and there is also a BBQ area with a dining table, also perfect for alfresco dining in the warm Algarve nights.

The Location:
Within a 20-minute walk you can be at the Vale do Lobo beach and The Praça. The Praca is where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer, with the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep. All in all, this is a fabulous location.
