Located in a very quiet residential area of Vilamoura, this two-story house is the perfect setting to create happy memories with your family or friends.

The Space: Comfort and Generous Space for Everyone
With a generous 260 m², our villa was designed to ensure everyone has their own space and maximum comfort:
• Cosy Bedrooms (4 in total):
On the Ground Floor: 1 practical bedroom with two single beds.
On the first Floor: 1 bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined as a double bed) and 2 more bedrooms with double beds (one of which is a private en-suite). The best part? Both double bedrooms open onto a private balcony, the perfect spot to read a book or catch the first morning sun rays.
• Bathrooms: Features 3 full bathrooms (one on the ground floor with a large shower and two on the first floor), all equipped with hair dryers at your disposal.
• Social Area: A fantastic 54 m² living and dining room, ideal for family movie nights or shared dinners.
• A Kitchen with Soul: A huge (30 m²) and fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite recipes (dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, hand blender, microwave, electric oven, and gas hob). It also includes a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, portable drying rack and a pantry with all the utensils you might need.
• Technology: Fast Wi-Fi to share your photos and TV with international channels to keep you connected to the world.
• Magical Exterior: Our garden has a unique tropical energy in the region. It is a true green oasis, equipped with an outdoor table and chairs so all your meals can be enjoyed al fresco.
• Babies: We provide a baby cot and a high chair for meals.

Close to Everything, with the Peace You Look For
The villa is located on a cul-de-sac, which means traffic is almost non-existent and silence prevails. You can park your car easily and free of charge on the street, right in front of the door.
• Daily Convenience: Just 1.5 km away, you will find two large supermarkets where you can buy everything you need and secure fresh bread every morning.
• Beach and Sea: Between 2.5 km and 4 km by car, you will find the most beautiful beaches in the region: Cavalo Preto, Quarteira, Praia da Marina, and the famous Praia da Falésia.
• Entertainment: The iconic Vilamoura Marina is only 2.5 km away. It is the ideal place for an evening stroll, an ice cream, or to have dinner and enjoy the nightlife.

Guest Access
The house is entirely yours during your stay! You will have exclusive access to all rooms and outdoor areas. Only the service area in the basement remains reserved for the maintenance team.

For a Perfect Stay (House Rules)
We want you to have the holiday of your dreams! To ensure everyone's comfort, we share some important notes that are accepted at the time of booking:
1. Flexible Hours: Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is until 10:00 so we can prepare the house for the next guests. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, please talk to us! Whenever possible, we will be happy to help and can store your luggage.
2. Welcome and Safety: Upon arrival, we will need to see the identification documents of all guests to fill out the Accommodation Bulletin (a legal requirement of Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement). For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed to enjoy the property.
3. Compliments and Cleaning: For your convenience, we include a mid-week cleaning with a change of towels. If you stay with us longer, we will do a second cleaning on the 8th day with a change of towels and bed linen. We only ask that you care for the house with the same love you would care for your own.
4. Pool Fun: The pool is cleaned and treated every 2 or 3 days to always remain crystal clear. As safety comes first, we ask for extra attention with the little ones, who must always wear armbands and be supervised by adults.
5. Healthy Environment: To keep the house fresh, smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas.
6. Respect for Rest: This is a quiet, family residential area. To maintain good harmony with the neighbors, parties or loud music are not allowed.
7. Pets: If you wish to bring your four-legged friend, please speak with us before booking. Owners are responsible for ensuring that pets leave the house and garden clean and undamaged.
8. Care and Attention: We ask you to respect the furniture and utensils. Please also remember to store your valuables in the safe, as we cannot be held responsible for any missing items.
9. Municipal Tourist city Tax: This amount is collected directly upon arrival (in cash) and goes to the municipality: it is €2 per person/night (for guests over 16 years old), up to a maximum of 5 nights. If you visit us during the low season (between November 1st and March 31st), it is reduced to €1 per night).
10. Right of Admission: In the rare event of a serious breach of the rules, the owner reserves the right to enter the accommodation and/or cancel the stay without any right to a refund.
