Located on a quiet dead-end street with local traffic only, you will find the privacy and peace your family deserves, while being just a stone's throw away from all the sophistication Vilamoura has to offer.

Distributed over two floors, the villa offers everything you need to feel right at home:
On the ground Ground Floor:
• The Living Room for Your Best Moments (54 m²): A huge lounge, perfect for gathering the family for movie nights or lively dinners.
• Chef's Kitchen (30 m²): Super spacious and fully equipped (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, hand blender, and dishwasher).
• Total Practicality: It also features a laundry area with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, portable drying rack, and a pantry fully stocked with kitchen utensils.
• Bedroom 1: A cosy bedroom with a double bed and access to a bathroom with a large shower enclosure and a hairdryer.
On the First Floor:
• Bedrooms 2 and 3: Two very bright twin bedrooms (with two single beds each, which can be joined together for greater flexibility).
• The Secret Terrace (30 m²): One of the upper-floor bedrooms opens onto a huge private balcony. It is the perfect place to read a book or sunbathe in total privacy!
• Bathroom: Full, modern bathroom equipped with a hairdryer.
• Babies: Cot and high chair available upon request.
Extras designed for you: Free high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV with a wide variety of international cable channels and Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms.

Palm Villas 39B places you in the most strategic location in Vilamoura:
• Easy Daily Routine: Just 1.5 km away, you will find two large supermarkets. Getting fresh bread every morning has never been easier!
• Dream Beaches: The famous beaches of Falésia, Marina, Quarteira, and Cavalo Preto are just a short drive away (between 2.5 km and 4 km).
• The Vibrant Vilamoura Marina: Only 2.5 km away, ideal for an evening stroll, dining at the best restaurants, or enjoying the iconic Algarve nightlife.
• Parking: Available on the street directly in front of the villa.
Note: Our guests have full and exclusive access to the villa (except for the private service area in the basement).
House Rules and Important Information
To ensure your stay runs perfectly, we share the following guidelines, which are considered accepted at the time of booking:
1. Check-in & Check-out: Welcome time is from 16:00 (4:00 PM) onwards, and departure is until 10:00 AM (essential for us to prepare the house with care for the next guests). Requests for flexible hours and luggage storage are subject to availability by request.
2. Safety and Registration: Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present an ID document/passport for all guests to fill out the Accommodation Bulletin (Article 45 of the Schengen Code). Only registered guests are allowed to stay on the property.
3. Municipal Tourist/city Tax: Charged in cash at check-in. The fee is €2 per night/person (over 16 years old), up to a maximum of 5 nights. From November 1st to March 31st, it is reduced to €1/night.
4. Care and Cleaning: We pamper our long-stay guests! Includes a mid-week light clean with towel change, and a second deep clean on the 8th day with towel and linen change. We kindly ask you to take good care of the house, place trash in the street bin, and leave the property tidy.
5. Pool Safety: The pool is cleaned and checked every 2/3 days. We ask for extra attention regarding children, who must always wear armbands and be under adult supervision.
6. Smoking: To keep the indoor environment fresh, smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas.
7. Night-time Peace: No parties or loud music are allowed. Our neighbors' rest is sacred.
8. Pets: Your four-legged friends are welcome but require prior authorization before finalizing the booking. Any damages or extra cleaning required are the responsibility of their owners.
9. Responsibility: Guests are responsible for safeguarding the furniture and utensils. The owner is not responsible for valuables left in the property. A safe is available.
10. Right of Admission: In the rare event of serious non-compliance with the rules, the owner reserves the right to enter the accommodation and/or cancel the stay without any right to a refund.

Short trip to the port and the beaches. Great area, nice and calm but lots of choice of restaurants and bars Would recommend to anyone

By Andre on 02-Sep-2025O Carlos foi um anfitrião fantástico. A casa está muito bem localizada, numa rua tranquila só com moradias. A zona exterior, incluíndo a piscina é muito agradável. Os quartos são amplos e têm ventoinha. A única coisa que recomendo é instalação de AC para melhorar o arrefecimento dos quartos nas noites mais quentes.
