Description
This villa is located in a quiet residential area in Vilamoura close to the Hilton Hotel and Pinhal Golf Course. Great location with a nice outdoor alfresco dining/entertainment area.There is a BBQ area overlooking the pool, a great place to relax, entertain and soak in the amazing Algarve sunshine.
On the ground floor there is a good-sized open plan kitchen with 2 fridge freezers. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room.
The open plan kitchen leads into a dining area which then flows into a spacious seating and lounge area.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite.
- 1 en-suite master bedroom with bath and overhead shower with built-in wardrobes
- 1 en-suite bedroom with walk-in shower with built-in wardrobes
- 1 twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes
- 1 twin bedroom.
There is another bathroom with large walk-in shower upstairs and a separate guest toilet which is located downstairs.
On the top level there is a large roof terrace ideal for enjoying the views surrounding the property including distant sea views.
