Superb villa with 3 spacious double bedrooms, all bedrooms have en-suite and balcony/terrace. Villa Nuala is located in the heart of Vilamoura, easy walking distance to the cosmopolitan Vilamoura Marina and sandy blue flag beaches, where you will find a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, nightlife and shops - no need to hire a car if you prefer not to drive on holiday.This is a charming and spacious detached Villa with a large private swimming pool (pool heating extra 630€ p.w. if required). The Villa has parking, free wi-fi, satellite TV with international TV channels, air-conditioning, and electric shutters. There is plenty of outdoor space. Villa Nuala has a very sunny aspect and lots of shaded areas too. Outside there is a barbecue and sink, private pool, terraces, balconies, wonderfully landscaped gardens and off road parking. Ideal location and an easy walk to the Marina (2.2km). Lovely views onto the fairway of the Pinhal Golf Course.. A perfect holiday retreat for families, friends and golfers.

Fantastic villa!
By Emma Varty on 15-Aug-2026I booked Villa Nuala for a holiday with my husband, two daughters and their partners and my 5 month old granddaughter. From the moment we entered the villa, we loved it! It was spacious, comfortable and had everything that we needed. The outdoor area is beautiful and has enough shade throughout the day for those who need it. Nuala was amazing and her communication and help from booking was great. We will definitely book the villa again.

By Rachel on 20-Jul-2026We have recently returned from one of the best holidays we have ever been on and a big part of that is because of Villa Nuala. From the booking process to returning home everything was perfect and Nuala was brilliant. The photos of the Villa do not do it justice, it is gorgeous and has everything we needed. The location was perfect for us and we took a short stroll down to the marina a few times which only took 15 minutes. The pool was a big hit with the children and they spent most of their time in it. When it got too hot there was enough shade for us to sit comfortably outside. Nothing was too much trouble, Nuala recommended loads of restaurants and places to visit and Sonja was extremely pleasant. We will definately be returning to Villa Nuala. I can’t imagine we would be able to find a better place to spend our next holiday!

By Arny and Catherine Anderson on 28-Jul-2026This is our third holiday at Villa Nuala , which speaks volumes The village is immaculate ,spacious and in a lovely quiet residential area ,20 minute walk from the beautiful marina The outside pool area is beautiful with well kept gardens overlooking the golf course . Plus ideal for children and Adults alike Nuala is an exceptional Host , always on hand and dealt with everything we required . She has a wealth of knowledge of all the local areas ,shops ,activities and even arranges our transfers ….. thank you Sonya the house keeper and her lovely husband were again at the end of the phone if we required anything further during our stay We had a fabulous time Definitely a place to visit Thank you Nuala xx
Perfect
By George & Liz on 30-May-2026The Vila was exactly as described, we were a family of 6 adults and a 6 month old baby, it was very clean, well laid out, spacious and with good facilities, the outdoor area worked very well. The surrounding area was nice and quiet with a lovely road of equally nice villa's, the rear of the villa/pool looked out onto the fairway of Pinhal Golf Course which gave it a nice green aspect, Villa gardens were well maintained and beautiful. Walk down to the marina took circa 25 minutes with plenty of pavements available.
Fabulous villa
By Jane Bramham on 09-May-2026It was our second visit to Villa Nuala and was as great as our first trip! The villa is really spacious and the outdoor space is great. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the marina. Nuala is extremely helpful and has lots of recommendations for places to eat, supermarkets etc. We did a mix of eating out and eating at the villa and made use of the BBQ. We paid for the pool to be heated and I’m glad we did because it the weather was cooler than last time. Sonya came and changed towels, made beds etc twice during the 7 nights we were there which was great.
A really pleasant stay
By Lee C on 11-Aug-2025Villa Nuala is an ideal place to stay if you're visiting Vilamoura. It has plenty of space, a lovely pool, multiple bedrooms / bathrooms and is perfect for families. Although we didn't use the lounge or dining rooms - they are both beautifully furnished but the whole layout works well. The kitchen is also spacious and provides everything you could need. It is located in a residential area and within walking distance to shops as well as the marina although we chose to use taxis as it was very hot (plus with teenagers!). Communication from the owner was absolutely spot on throughout which makes a huge difference when making plans or if you have any questions. We were provided with recommendations prior to our visit as well as useful tips and instructions. I would 100% recommend Villa Nuala and would definitely stay there again.
