Description
The house is detached and is completely modernised for easy living, We live here for 9 months of the year and have over 20 years experience of holiday letting with 5 star reviews.Please note. The house is strictly limited to 4 persons staying to comply with our insurance conditions.
All guests are given a meet and greet at the house and there is a house manager available during your stay.
We are located 5 minutes easy walking from the Ferry dock and restaurants which puts the house in a quieter location for peaceful nights.
Sit in the west facing lounge overlooking the Beach lagoon with views to Faro in the distance and watch the activity of the working Ria Formosa followed by the most amazing sunsets.
The kitchen diner is new and fully equipped with a glazed door leading to the south facing alfresco dining area and BBQ. There is also side gate for further beach access with an outside shower.
The front balcony provides a shaded seating area with gated access and private path leading to the main path for easy access to the Ferry and Restaurants.
The large private roof terrace can be accessed through the front balcony and up the stairs or from its own gate in the sideway. it has the most amazing views over the Ria Formosa and the Mountains, Fantastic for sunsets and star gazing.
The property has 2 bathrooms,
The first one has a walk in rain shower, w/c, bidet and twin washbasins,
Bathroom 2 is located in the hallway between the 2 bedrooms and has a w/c and washbasin.
The bedrooms and bathroom 2 are separated from the lounge kitchen area by a privacy glazed door.
Bedroom 1 has a king sized double bed with side lights and usb charger point plus ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 has adult single beds with side lights and usb charge point plus ceiling fan.
All outside areas have solar lighting plus normal lighting,
The upstairs terrace has normal lights that can be turned off to enjoy the sunsets and star gazing...
The property has CCTV on all exit points for added security.
There is free WIFI throughout the house, TV is also through WIFI.
We require a 30% deposit by bank transfer which is fully refundable if cancelled more than 60 days before your booked dates. After that period if we can rebook we will refund you the difference subject to certain conditions.
The balance is due 30 days before your arrival date.
We require a damage deposit of £400 payable by bank transfer 48 hours before arrival and this will be repaid within 48 hours of departure back to your bank.
We can take payment in Euros if you prefer subject to the exchange rate on the day.

Terrific 7 Night Stay in Paradise!
By Graham Rutland on 12-Aug-2026If you’ve never been to Armona - don’t hesitate (and keep it a secret as it really is something quite special!) We’ve been holidaying on Armona for over 10 years (on and off) and have stayed in Mikes and Tisha’s place three times - every time has been fantastic and hassle free! The location is simply stunning as is the roof terrace overlooking the lagoon…! It’s also just a short walk from the pier - but far enough to enjoy total peace and quiet and the walk to the “Atlantic Beach” is a mere 15 mins or less - perfectly located in our view! It’s a brilliant house with everything you need for a fab holiday including some great upgrades over the last few years, including a lovely well appointed kitchen and even a dishwasher! We will be back that’s for sure…!
Annual weekly summer stay
By D & S on 08-Aug-2026Another wonderful week on Armona. There really is nothing like it in terms of total relaxation and the house contributes to that in a big way. The house has everything you could want including a new kitchen, very comfortable beds with ceiling fans, amazing indoor and outdoor showers and loads of outdoor space, including the wonderful roof terrace with panoramic and sunset views across the water towards Olhao. Our favourite view though has to be from the sofa in the living room overlooking the sea - stunning! There is also plenty of outdoor dining space and a great bbq. We have been staying here for many years with our two teenage children and it's the week we look forward to the most. The other wonderful thing about the house is that it is just off the main path, so easily accessible but far enough back so there is very little noise and it is literally just a few steps to the beach. Having stayed in many Armona properties over the years, this is the one we keep coming back to......

By Neil on 15-Jul-2026We stayed for 1 week as a family of 4, the accommodation is perfect and the location is stunning, so close to a safe beach with lovely views. This property has everything including many outdoor lounging and social areas, 2 min walk to the ferry, very well equipped and very clean. We will be booking again for 2027 to take friends back. The town of Olhao has restaurants, shops and bars aswell as a lovely marina and fish market. Easy access to surrounding areas by train or car, or simply unwind and enjoy what the island of Armona has to offer.
