Manor house inside of 9000sqm garden. 9 - 15 persons, 600 sqm houses, , private tennis court, private (pool 12x5m)—pool house, etc. Main house - floor: 1 reception hall/ living room with fireplace, 1 dining room, 1 fully equipped kitchen — 1 double bedroom with AC and bathroom en suite — 1 twin bedroom with AC and bathroom en suite downstairs floor: 1 living-/games room with Sat-TV and Billiard, 1 double with bathroom en suite, 1 twin bedroom with bathroom en suite, 1 single bedroom and 1 shower/wc.when more than 9 people we open cottages, we have two cottages, the old stables and the farmer's manager house. They have an extra price 100euros per night each one

Magoito is a village located on Sintra's coast : Magoito is a small village located on Sintra’s coast and within the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. 10km away from Sintra’s historic center (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Sintra’s coast is characterized by a wood vegetation of Mediterranean Stone-pine. The strong patch of these tree canopies, seen from a high point, dazzles by his imposing green close to the blue of the sea.
Its closeness to the capital (Lisbon), to the enchanting Cascais town and near the romantic Sintra (UNESCO World Heritage Site) makes possible an endless activities program. From the inexhaustible historical patrimony, (palaces, castles, museums, etc.), to the fantastic program of artistic and sport events taking place throughout the whole year between Sintra/Cascais/Lisbon, Magoito is without doubt a place of enchantment.
Solar de Magoito: From Solar de Magoito comes in sight, on the horizon, the contour of Sintra’s Mountain with the Pena Palace on top. This palace’s park has a fantastic and exuberant flora with species from the various continents of the globe.
This coast’s beaches are followed by magnificent cliffs of sedimentary rock formations. Magoito is located in the North zone of this littoral, enjoying a dazzling view of all the beaches that extend to Cabo da Roca (Continental Europe’s westernmost point). The Lisbonians, from the beginning of the twentieth century, and most recently the international tourism, elected this region as a holiday destination.
The mild climate, the very rich flora, the fantastic beaches, the regional gastronomy and closeness to the distinct geographical and cultural realities of the Sintra/Cascais/Lisbon - gold triangle - makes this a delightful area for those who visit it.

By Kimberly Parker on 25-Jun-2026This is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay with a large group in Sintra. It was only 15 minutes from the beach and easy access to the palace sites in Sintra. The estate felt very safe and was a lovely place to spread out. We loved the authentic feeling of the guest home which has the original furnishings of the home built in 1940's. It was a nod to the Portuguese style of the palaces in Portugal with handmade tiles on the walls and floors and hand painted trompe l'oiel details on the ceiling. We spent most of our family gathering time and dinners in the pool house which has it's own separate kitchen and dining area which was lovely! Manuel was a wonderful, friendly host, and made it easy to check in and check out. We had everything we needed, but note you will need to provide your own garbage sacks so add that to your grocery list. We give this property five stars! It was a great place to stay.
it is so authentic old Portugal

The manor has so much charm— it is so authentic old Portugal, while having modern amenities and the pool is a dream. The kids had so much to do, while we were able to totally relax. Thanks a million, Manuel!
We could not have chosen a better place to stay near Sintra

The full kitchen in the pool house was an added bonus. With the weather being perfect we spent nearly all our time in and around the pool, enjoying our meals at the dining area. Manuel is an amazing host - very responsive and provided great tips for dining and transportation. He’s a gem. Would highly recommend this home for other large groups. The beach nearby is lovely. It’s about a 25 minute walk (very steep near the end). Stop by Mugs for fresh, delicious brunch options. We went three times. Thanks, Manuel and team, for a delightful place to stay. Our time was magical.
What a gem of a rental!

Spent most of the time at the pool house but the tennis courts, ping pong, and game room were also a hit. Walk or take the bus to the beach at low tide. The home is walkable to a grocery store, bakery, cafe, atm, and little beach shop- it has everything you need!

From the moment you arrive, it truly feels like you've stepped back in time, staying in a beautiful castle filled with history and character.Manuel was an exceptional host. He warmly welcomed us, gave us a tour of the property, and shared the fascinating history of both his family and the home itself. His kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home from the very beginning.The property had everything we could have hoped for. The pool was incredibly refreshing after warm summer days, the beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax while also enjoying time together. We especially loved gathering as a family for meals in the beautiful dining room and the pool house, where we shared breakfast and dinner each day.An added highlight of our stay was Chef José, who was recommended by Manuel. He prepared outstanding breakfasts and dinners for our family, and every meal was delicious. It made our vacation even more relaxing and memorable.This was truly an unforgettable vacation, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a unique, peaceful, and beautiful place to stay in Portugal. We hope to return one day!
