External canopy-covered terrace adjoining house; excellent for sun-lounging, table tennis and easy access to pool. BBQ available. Secure garden and terrace. 15 x 5m heated pool. Fully equipped open plan kitchen with integrated living room area. Separate rooms for TV / Reading and Laundry facilities. WIFI and access to Netflix included.Three bedrooms; Two bedrooms with double-bed including one with en-suite bathroom. Third bedroom with 2 single beds. Sheets and house towels are provided.
Secure enclosed garage with electric fob control.
Close to fantastic surfing beaches, golf courses, tennis and padel courts. Close to Alcobaca and famous monastery and square.

Wonderful experience

The house is beautifully designed, stylish yet incredibly comfortable, with spectacular south-facing views and a wonderful sense of space and privacy. The outdoor area is fantastic, with the huge heated pool, spacious terrace and beautiful gardens making it very easy to spend the whole day outside. Inside, everything is thoughtfully equipped and beautifully maintained, and the open-plan living area is perfect for relaxing. The location is excellent too — peaceful and private, yet within easy reach of beautiful beaches, golf courses and some lovely Portuguese towns and villages. A very special property that exceeded our expectations. We would happily return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway. Five stars without hesitation!
Fabulous villa in Portugal
By Ed Chamberlayne on 19-Sep-2025I have stayed at Casa Alcobaca three times now. It is fabulous! Comfortable bedrooms and living areas and breathtaking views. It is architecturally impressive too being built into the hillside - cool on sunny days but warm in the winter. The location is great with easy access to the lovely sandy bay, fish restaurants and gelato in St Martinis and also to the town of Alcobaca with it's impressive monastery. A real 5 star property.
Great location to relax

A lovely villa and lots to see!
By Damian Andrew on 11-Jul-2026Spent just over a week at this lovely villa! Fabulous views every morning and evening over the valley. Lovely to see the sunrise and sunset every day. The climate was comfortable, just like the villa. It was spacious, modern, and the pool was lovely to swim in. It's a great place to have a holiday to get away from it all! A car is necessary to see the wonders of the local area such as Nazarè, San Martino, Foz beach, Obidos and Alcobaça. Plently of amenities in the local area - just a short drive. It's great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the normal tourist trail! The owner of the villa was friendly and informative, and was superb. If you're looking for the Portuguese experience, this villa is a must-book! Hope to be back soon for another wonderful stay!
Fantastic holiday. Beautiful villa. Amazing views
By Niall on 05-Jul-2025Thankyou for a great stay in your stunning house. It had everything we needed and we’d have happily stayed on another week. The views are glorious and the house has everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We left totally relaxed and recharged. The location was ideal for exploring the area with an easy drive to the coast for kids surfing lessons. Local town Alcobaca is charming with lovely restaurants and cafes. Communications with owners was easy and very quick response.
