By Francisco on 11-Jul-2026We stayed at Villa Alba for our family reunion (group of 13), and it was absolutely perfect. The house is very spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with a fully equipped kitchen, with common areas that comfortably accommodated everyone and made it easy to spend quality time together. All bedrooms had more than enough space with comfortable beds and its own bathrooms. One of the highlights was the garden with a plancha and BBQ area, and a pool which was even bigger than we had expected from the photos. The location was exactly as described and provided a great base for our stay. We also greatly appreciated the support of the person managing the property. They were extremely helpful whenever we needed assistance and provided excellent recommendations for local amenities and services. Overall, this is a wonderful home for large familiesgroups looking to spend time together in a comfortable and welcoming setting. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to return.

By Joel on 27-Jun-2026We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this villa. It was incredibly spacious, both inside and out, and offered excellent value for everything that was included. The pool, outdoor deck, BBQ area, and large grassy lawn were perfect for relaxing, outdoor dining, and giving the kids plenty of room to play. The villa itself was beautiful, with a very spacious downstairs living area, comfortable bedrooms with balconies, and secure parking for three cars behind an electric gate, which gave us extra privacy. The hosts were also wonderful. They kindly provided additional amenities at no extra charge, along with complimentary coffee pods, tea, and other thoughtful touches that made us feel very welcome. We would happily stay here again.

By Anastasia on 08-Mar-2026A beautiful home, and an easy check-in process. The home had everything we needed , and the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. It was also nice that the home was in the suburbs and a bit away from Lisbon, for full vacation energy.

Between the host and the property management team, I truly felt so welcome. Everything was clean, there was constant communication, the bathrooms and bedrooms were super clean and spacious, the WiFi moved fast, the backyard was gorgeous, honestly there were absolutely no complaints. My stay here was PERFECT. Thank you so much for all the accommodations and constant communication. I only wish I could’ve stayed at the villa longer!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service – Marie Anne is a Superstar!
By Ivor on 31-Dec-2025We recently stayed at this villa during the Christmas period as a large party of 11, and I cannot speak highly enough of the manager, Marie Anne. While we encountered a few initial challenges with the property, Marie Anne’s response was nothing short of incredible. Even though it was the middle of the busy holiday season, she was remarkably responsive, professional, and fast to act. We had a specific issue with the SPA making a loud noise today Marie Anne was at the villa within just a few hours to personally resolve it by topping up the water. Her dedication to ensuring her guests are happy and safe is rare to find. She is a lovely person to deal with and truly went above and beyond to make sure our family, including my elderly father, was comfortable. It is one thing for a villa to be beautiful, but it is the management that makes a holiday, and Marie Anne is a true credit to this property. If you are looking for a place where you know you will be well looked after, this is it. 5 stars for Marie Anne! Minor point: both ovens could do with being replaced, as they take a long time to reach a good temperature, and maybe a small air fryer would be a great addition.

It is so well equipped, in the kitchen especially; the beds are super comfortable and the whole place is clean and modern. It’s lovely to stay in a local neighbourhood with local shops but also a large supermarket nearby. Fabulous beach bars and restaurants are a short uber ride away and Lisbon is only 30 minutes. Our host, Fernanda, was so friendly and welcoming, and was always very responsive. Can’t recommend enough!
