Description
Fantastic, modern 4 bedroom villa all en-suite. Master double bedroom has walk-in wardrobe with access to front and rear balconies. Double bedroom No2 has access to wrap around balcony to front, side and rear. Twin Bedroom No3 has access to rear balcony. Twin Bedroom No4 is on the ground floor and is fully accessible. Ground floor has fully equipped kitchen with all accessories including wine fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc. Living area has smart TV and wood burner. There is also a small toilet and utility room with large fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a heated pool, full AC heating and cooling. Located within a new development with some villas still being finished in the village of Portelas 3km from the beautiful town of Lagos with its countless bars, restaurants, marina, beaches, old town, pointe de piedade, etc. Check in is 4pm with check out 10am, however we will endeavour to accommodate flight times where possible. A damage deposit will be required of £300 which will be fully reimbursed within 1 week of your departure.Bedroom Details

Fabulous time in Villa Portelas
By The Thompson Family & Friends on 15-Jul-2026We recently spent a wonderful week at this villa as a family of 4 plus two freinds, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The villa is beautifully presented – modern, spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing holiday. The four bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathrooms, were a real luxury and made staying as a group so comfortable. The heated pool was a highlight and was enjoyed every single day, while the air conditioning throughout the villa kept everything cool during the warm weather. We also made great use of the BBQ and loved the thoughtful welcome pack waiting for us on arrival. The outdoor space is fantastic, room to relax, dine, and enjoy the sunshine. There's ample parking too, if you choose to hire a car. The location for us was perfect – peaceful and private enough to feel like you're escaping it all, yet just five minutes from Lagos. We loved exploring the marina, the charming old town, and the beautiful beaches, and there are countless other stunning beaches nearby to discover. Ubers were incredibly cheap, making it so easy to get around without worrying about driving and the young adults could come and go safely. A lovely restaurant within walking distance was an added bonus, when you didnt want to head into the town. The food was outstanding, and the staff made us feel so welcome every time we visited and showed the football! What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the hospitality. Natasha, who manages the villa, visited us on arrival and shared so much helpful local information that made settling in effortless. Stewart, the owner, was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and flexible, especially when our flight plans changed. Nothing was too much trouble, and their communication throughout was excellent. This villa was the perfect place for our family to reconnect and spend quality time together. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and would absolutely love to return.
A gem of a place; just outside beautiful Lagos

Villa was well equipped and perfect for our needs. Seemed more spacious than the photos, especially the pool. Nice to have the BBQ option, all 4 rooms with en suite facilities, decent little bar/restaurant a short walk down the hill. Complementary beers and wine on arrival; flexibility on check out time due to our late flight. Loved it.

Lovely villa

The area of Portelas is so peaceful but close to Lagos the villa is lovely and clean, has everything you need. We enjoyed the outside area, barbecue is new this year which was great. Easy to get into Lagos as Ubers are cheap and reliable. We will definitely return, one of our favourite places to stay.
Beautiful Villa
By Catherine on 02-Sep-2025This is our second stay in this beautiful villa which is the first time we have ever returned to the same villa and even considering going back next year. The villa is spotlessly clean and spacious with everything you need for a relaxing holiday lovely pool in a private garden with plenty of outside space to choose sun or shade. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a barbeque. We actually ate out every evening as there are so many restaurants to choose from we particularly enjoyed O Antonio family run restaurant on the beach and enjoyed Tapas at Mimar in the old town there are so many more the villa has a comprehensive guide to staying in the area including restaurant recommendations. Getting an Uber into Lagos is easy and not expensive. The owner is easy to communicate with and Natasha from the management company was great, we had a couple of small queries which were promptly answered. We look forward to our next stay.

Perfect Family Getaway in Portugal – Unforgettable Villa Stay

The villa was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail really stood out – from the well-equipped kitchen to the large bedrooms and modern bathrooms. The outdoor space was a dream – a gorgeous pool, sun loungers, and a shaded patio where we enjoyed family meals and evening chats. The kids especially loved the pool, and we appreciated how peaceful and private everything felt. It was the perfect setting to unwind and reconnect as a family. The location was ideal – close enough to charming local towns, beautiful beaches, and great restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel like our own private oasis. We enjoyed day trips exploring the coast and countryside, but always looked forward to coming back to the villa in the evenings. Our hosts were fantastic – welcoming, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that really enhanced our stay. This villa stay was one of the highlights of our travels and gave us memories we’ll cherish forever. We’re already talking about coming back next year. Lovely modern villa
By Fiona Johnson on 18-Aug-2025We had a lovely family holiday in this beautiful spacious villa. Everything was modern and very clean. The air conditioning was a plus when it was very hot. The bedrooms were a good size and all had en-suite. Theres a spacious lounge and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a washing machine in the utility room. Great outdoor space with a charcoal BBQ.. We ate every meal outside. The pool was great but it could get windy in the evening. It was less than 10 mins drive to the main town of Lagos and just over an hour from Faro airport. Would definitely recommend.
