Description
Casa Encantadora is a modern villa located in the Monte Lemos area of Praia da Luz, approximately 10 minutes walk away from the shops, restaurants and beach. The Villa is set within a walled garden, accessed by security gates. With ample parking for two or three cars. It has a large private heated (optional) pool and terraced area, equipped with pool cover, sun loungers, table and chairs. The villa has 3 large bedrooms which all have en-suites. Bedrooms 1 & 2 also have balconies from which you can see lovely sea views. Bedroom 3 is situated on the ground floor which has proved to be popular with guests who do not wish to or are unable to climbs the stairs. The large modern kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make your holiday more enjoyable. You can relax in the lounge on 3 comfortable two seater sofas and have meals in the dining area which has a dining table and 6 chairs. There is a built-in barbecue to the side of the house for outside dining on warm summer evenings and cars can be securely parked within the grounds. English channels can be accessed from the broadband internet to view on a widescreen television. The villa has Free Wi-Fi internet connection. L/A License 5321/AL.Notes on accommodation: The villa is available for renting all year round and is equipped with every modern appliance, including a built-in wood burning stove for the cooler months and underfloor heating which is optional at £10 per night.. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom/shower room and the 2 upstairs bedrooms have terraces with sea views. The property is suitable for disabled as one of the twin bedrooms with ensuite facilities is on the ground floor and can be accessed safely. Outside: The villa has landscaped garden areas and a rectangular pool (approx 7x3m) which can be heated as an optional extra at £25 per night and it has a pool cover to retain the temperature and there is also an outside shower. Sun loungers and dining furniture are provided and there is a built-in charcoal BBQ to the side of the house, also a whirligig clothes dryer for your convenience. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service and towel change midweek, plus a complete linen change at the end of the first week, is included in the rental price. A welcome breakfast pack for £25 can be provided for late arrivals. A high chair can be provided at £3 per night. PLEASE NOT THAT BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED

All the rooms were huge, it was very spacious. We booked it for the two of us so it was plenty big enough but for 6 people staying you'd have so much space and privacy. The pool was lovely, the balcony views were gorgeous, the outside garden area was super pretty too. I would love to come back, we 100% recommend the place . Communication with the owner was great, Grace was very friendly and accommodating, she allowed us to check in earlier and check out late. Honestly this place blew us away. Definitely book it!

We were impressed with the equipment in the villa, it had everything you needed. The air con in bedrooms was welcomed and the beds were comfortable. Due to the lovely weather we were hardly inside. The surrounding area felt safe and there were ample bars and restaurants within walking distance to see us through our weeks stay. The locals were so friendly and welcoming.

A spacious, beautifully clean villa equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay in Luz. The pool and villa cleaning is a bonus allowing more lazy days in the sun. A lovely mix of cafe/restaurants greet you as you walk down to the beach though the ice cream parlour can make the walk back up to the villa seem a little longer. Our fourth stay is already booked.
Enjoyed our second stay and have booked for next year.

Whether it is lazing by the pool or walking down to the numerous restaurants and cafes, it is an ideal location for a quiet enjoyable break. Have already booked for next year.
Great villa

The pool was a great size with plenty of sunbed space. The house had lots of space, it was a lot bigger than we expected. Great villa and great holiday, thank you
