Description
Situated between Luz and Burgau in a prime coastal location in the Western Algarve. Near silent Air-con and heating in all bedrooms. Please see utube video for a good idea of the layout of the villa.Winter rentals flexible on days Check-in and Check out from April through to October 2027, we have an arrangement with our cleaners that the Check in and Check out days are Saturday to Saturday.

Luxury three bedroom, three bathroom villa set in peaceful landscaped gardens, Southerly views to Ocean.
3 kms to both village centres and fantastic coastal walks and beaches, in both directions.
A selection of local bars and restaurants only 700m from the property, including Brazilian, Pizza Italian, Local Portuguese and a Surf sandwich and salad bar.

Stunning Villa

From arrival to leaving we enjoyed every part of it, with a large pool to accommodate everybody to having just about every home comfort you could want. Surrounding area is amazing, but a car is pretty much needed for anything. We did walk to town once, but it is 30 minutes away up and down a hill, so not advised in the heat. Local pizza and cafe at the top of the road though, so not essential. Locked ourselves out one day, and a quick call to Andy and we were back in an hour later, amazing service. Can not recommend this villa enough if you are looking for a quiet relaxing family holiday.

Great villa, great location

A special place to stay in the Algarve
By Sharon Montgomery on 02-Jul-2023We spent four weeks staying in this lovely comfy home. It is located just outside of Praia da Luz in a high end residential neighbourhood. There are great trail walks along the coastline and the view of the sea is spectacular. The house is well kept and when we arrived they had left us a care package to get us started. The pool area is amazing and we spent many days just relaxing and enjoying the pool. The kitchen is well equipped and just off the kitchen is a laundry room. Andy is great to deal with and keeps you well informed. He also has a great team that keeps the home immaculate. Thank you for allowing us to use your lovely home, it was a trip that we all thoroughly enjoyed! Many thanks Sharon - Oakville Ontario

Beautiful private villa in a great location
By Matt on 21-May-2022We enjoyed every minute of our time at Casa Luar and we’re blown away by how stunning it was. Big, spacious rooms and high ceilings meant that going with another family did not feel like you were on top of each other. The pool area is perfect to entertain a young family or adults with a smashing bbq area and well kept gardens in a tranquil location where you hear no traffic or outside noise. The villa was spotless with all the amenities you need. The villa is a 20 minute walk down the front to Luz which itself a very stunning small resort with lots of original character and a handful of restaurants and bars, all of which served good quality food - we never had a bad meal. I would very much recommend Casa Luar for a young family or couples or just friends who want to get away from it all in a very quiet residential area but with access to local areas such as Luz and Lagos. You definitely want to hire a car and get the most of the local areas. Andy is a pleasure to deal with and his communication is very good meaning you feel completely supported and nothing is too much trouble to ask. We were just annoyed we hadn’t stayed longer than a week as we really settled into the pace of the holiday and villa life. Would definitely like to go back soon.
