Description
Casa MomassaThis traditional Portuguese villa is beautifully located on the Gramacho Golf Course and has a view of the course’s 14th hole with the town of Ferragudo and Portimao in the background.
Casa Momassa is in excellent condition, the interior is modern and practical, and is equipped with the latest household amenities.
The granite countertop kitchen is fully equipped.
The villa has 4 bedrooms that sleep a total of 10 people. One to four additional beds can be arranged on request. (Extra cost) Three of the bedrooms have their own full bathroom. A fourth full bathroom serves as a guest bathroom. The villa also has 3 baby cot`s and 3 chairs.
The large living room/dining room has direct access to the outdoor patio and pool area.
The master bedroom on the second floor has access to a large balcony with a view of the golf course. The villa also has a private covered grill area.
The villa and backyard are elevated 4-5 meters above the golf course. This, in addition to the oleander bushes that enclose the property, provide excellent privacy.
In the backyard, there are several seating arrangements. One of these has a view of the golf course and is perfect for watching the sunset.
If you wish to watch TV, there are more than 100 channels available.
There is of course free high speed fiber WiFi in the villa and outside by the pool.
A lot of toys for pool, beach and sport are available to use at any time.
There are several restaurants, bars, supermarkets, malls (including a Nike outlet), etc. near by.

Wonderful week in this fantastic villa
By Rupert Ransford on 02-Jul-2026Another wonderful week here in this fantastic villa. Thank you for making the villa so good as our family have really enjoyed their time here. Our BBQ on every watching the sun go down was glorious. The swimming in the pool with the water lights on was magical! Managed to get 3 rounds of golf in which was a record! Great restaurants, particularly Quinta de Santos last night with cocktails! Hope to be back soon!! Rupert & Sue Lucy & Katie Tom & Jane And of course little Annie! (age: 1 yr and 10 mths)

Wonderful time here in the Algarve!
By Joar Wahlmann on 19-May-2026Hello, my family and I have had a wonderful time here in the Algarve. This is our first time visiting Portugal, so we have managed to see a lot of things. We have gone swimming, enjoyed ourselves, visited a zoo, a water park, went go-karting, explored beaches and caves, and dined at many restaurants. We even celebrated Norway's National Day on the 17th of May, which was a very fun day! The weather has been warm and lovely, though with a bit of wind and one day of rain and thunder. There is also a large garden here where the children have enjoyed playing. But now, it is time for us to travel back home to Nordreisa, Norway. A wonderful return holiday
By Rupert Ransford on 17-Aug-2025A wonderful return holiday and thank you Stig and your family for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. We were fortunate in being able to bring our first grandchild Annie (age 10 months) and the Villa is perfect for young children. We had previously dined out at the many great local restaurants but with Annie had a very special BBQ one evening, enjoying a beautiful sunset. Our favourite restaurants are Quinta de Santos (Wednesday evening is music night), A Gale's in town, and Prima Vera (great Italian at the top of the hill). We had a "twilight" golf round which was easy to complete 18 holes (and good value at half price!) - the golf course is truly beautiful. Really looking to being back next year.... Rupert, Sue, Lucy, Emily, Katie and baby Annie!
SUMMER HOLIDAYS 2025
By Mika on 09-Aug-2025We had a wonderful time here at Villa Casa Momassa. It was hard to get the kids out of the pool. There was splashing, diving, and laughing until the sun went down. Almost every day we were drawn to the beach "Praia dos Caneiros" (our absolute favorite), where we enjoyed the waves and the fine sand. A special highlight was our trip to the Algarve Stadium, where we got to see an exciting game live and even Ronaldo in person A moment we will surely never forget. We spent our last evening at the "Medieval" [Fair] in Silves, a knight's festival. It was a great experience. Surrounded by medieval music, colorful costumes, and delicious food, we felt like we had traveled back in time. Thank you so much for this wonderful time! We had a truly wonderful week

Everything was just perfect, from the peaceful sunrises and the soothing sounds of nature to the stunning sunseta by the pool. The backyard was a dream and we spent many relaxing hours enjoying it. Our adult kids had an absolute blast in the pool and had way too much fun with all the pool toys! Everything was flawless and we couldn`t have asked for a better place to unwind and spend time together. A big thank you to Stig, our lovely host, always responsive, kind and helpful.
