A little ‘castle’ in a modern estate in a rural area, Vivenda Vista Verde is loved because of its cosy atmosphere. The garden, 1250m² is fully fenced in and offers a high evergreen hedge and beautiful mature trees, flowers, shrubs, cactus’ and sufficient grass for all those family games! Private parking on own driveway, no inviews on outside terraces, privacy guaranteed! Pool (8 x 4m) with walk in stairs is surrounded by terraces and grass and gives direct access to covered living room- and kitchen terrace, BBQ area and a big roof terrace (ideal for sunbathing, no in-view, lovely rural views), all features inviting to outdoor life. Inside: three bedrooms all with boxsprint beds (one in ‘tower’ room), 2 bathrooms, ample living with digital satellite television/radio, hifi-stereo system, comfort seating and fogo montanha, furthermore modern fully equipped kitchen open to dining room (in 2nd ‘tower’) and living,all windows and doors with mosquito nets. The villa is situated in the Belomonte-estate, an urbanisation with solely big luxury detached villas. The estate finds itself north of Portimao, in the middle of the beautiful Portuguese nature, only 4 km from the city and 68 km from the International Airport Faro, travelled in around 45 minutes, as 95% is double lane roads. There are no tourist activities; you will live amongst residents and other foreign visitors. Immediately adjoining the estate rolling country side where you can walk/bike without tarmac and traffic. Skyline 2 miles away from the biggest golf course in the Algarve, Golf Morgado do Reguengo, 1000 acres of pure nature of incredible beauty with thousands of olive- and almond trees, lakes, etc. Its sister course, Alamos, of similar astonishing beauty and dimensions, recently opened, so 36 holes of finest golf pleasure. Praia da Rocha (Algarve’s most famous beach) and the new marina are 10 min’s by car. Stables at walking distance. Bordering the estate is a large nature reserve.

Note: Since April 1, 2024, a tourist tax has been implemented for all new reservations. This tax will be applied per day, per guest aged 13 years and above, with a maximum limit of 7 nights' stay. From April 1 to October 31, the tax is £2 per day, and from November 1 to March 31, it is €1 per day. This tax must be paid before arrival via bank transfer.

By Ratib on 27-Aug-2026Une expérience 5 étoiles inoubliable ! Notre séjour dans cette villa à Portimão a été tout simplement exceptionnel en tous points. La maison est magnifique, spacieuse, d'une propreté irréprochable et extrêmement agréable à vivre. Mention spéciale pour la piscine, absolument superbe, où nous avons passé des moments magiques ! L'emplacement est un atout majeur : la villa est au calme tout en étant à proximité de tout (maximum 15 minutes en voiture) pour rejoindre les plages, les commerces et les plus beaux endroits de la région. Un immense bravo et merci aux hôtes pour leur réactivité incroyable : nous avons eu un tout petit souci avec la machine à café, qui a été réglé instantanément et sans le moindre délai. Une attention et un sens du service rares ! Nous avons pris le plus grand soin de ce petit paradis et nous y reviendrons les yeux fermés. C'est sans hésiter l'un des meilleurs logements où nous avons séjourné !
