Overview
A rural location enhanced by lemon and orange groves, yet only 5 minutes south of the Interstate 4, and just off highway 27 so you have easy access to the Disney theme parks and other central Florida attractions. And if the theme parks get too much, take some time out to chill on the beach. It is only 40 minutes to the Atlantic Coast and less than 2 hours to the famous beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast. This villa offers open plan living at it’s best with it’s fantastic social design. Room for the whole family to relax and dine together, yet with plenty of choice if you want to find your own quiet spot to read a book or listen to music.
The villa sleeps up to 10 in comfort with 5 bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities plus a fourth family bathroom means there’s no queues before an early start to the parks! One of the ensuite bedrooms is located on the ground floor making this villa ideal if you have guests with restricted mobility in the party. All this backing onto a private South/West facing pool deck.
Living Areas
Three distinct living areas in this villa offer versatile spaces for relaxation and socializing. The first, upon entering the home, you’re welcomed by a quiet and calming living space seamlessly connected to the dining area. This wonderful open-plan design features an airy, spacious layout that encourages natural light and easy flow, perfect for both unwinding and entertaining. The second main living area offers a comfortable open-plan lounge perfect for unwinding after a busy day at the parks. Located adjacent to the kitchen, it features a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player, making it an ideal spot to catch up on your favorite shows. Alternatively, you can turn off the TV and enjoy some music or board games with the family for a relaxing evening together. Upstairs, you'll find a superb loft area featuring a large TV and a comfortable seating space, providing an additional relaxing spot for your enjoyment.
Kitchen & Utility
The large, fully equipped kitchen features a cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, ensuring you have everything needed to prepare meals with ease. All cutlery and crockery are provided, making it truly feel like your home away from home. Enjoy a quick snack at the breakfast bar with stools or relax at the casual dining table overlooking the pool deck. For added convenience, a large automatic washing machine and tumble dryer are available, along with an iron and ironing board for your use.

Queen Bedroom with ensuite – This en-suite queen bedroom, situated on the upper floor, features a built-in wardrobe, TV, and nightstands, all elegantly furnished for comfort. The adjoining bathroom includes an over-bath shower, vanity unit, and WC, providing convenience and privacy.
Twin Bedrooms x2 – Both twin bedrooms are located on the upper floor, each featuring a built-in wardrobe, nightstand, and TV for added convenience. These two rooms share access to the family bathroom, making them ideal for guests or children staying together.

The sun-drenched south/west facing pool is sure to be a favourite for the whole family, offering privacy with the fenced area. For families with younger children, a safety fence is provided to ensure peace of mind. Relax in comfort on the upgraded pool furniture surrounding the pool deck, while the shaded lanai offers a perfect retreat from the hot Florida sun and an ideal spot for al fresco dining.
*Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £26 per day.
Location
The villa is located centrally for all the attractions that Orlando has to offer. The ever popular theme parks of Disney World are just 20 minutes away and the theme parks of Universal and Sea World are just a little further 30 minutes away. It is close to many shops and restaurants giving a great choice of dining locations. All tastes are catered for whether it be a fast food choice or fine dining, all are not too far away. The beautiful beaches are only 40 minutes away on the Atlantic Coast and less than 2 hours to the famous beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast.

A great rental experience
By Anthony Gill on 15-Aug-2026If you are looking for a villa in the Orlando area, go no further than Sungrove Villas. We rented a 5 bedroom villa with pool in the Davenport area in late August. We booked the villa 9 months in advance and the initial contact with Nick at Sungrove was very supportive. This continued in the leadup to our holiday, when Nick answered all emails promptly and was very friendly , making great suggestions where possible. Just prior to our departure from the UK Nick ensured we had all access arrangements sorted and that there were no worries or questions outstanding. Nick also responded to a minor issue during our stay and checked in to make sure all was good. All in all a great rental experience. When I return to Orlando we will definitely touch base with Sungrove Villas first in any new search for accommodation. All-in-all, a great rental experience.
Amazing week getaway

This was my second time staying in Davenport and it's slowly becoming one of my favorite places to vacation in Florida. The house is exactly as pictured and it provided us with all of the comforts we needed for our stay. The pool and game room were our specific highlights and we had more than enough room to fit all of us comfortably. The home provides you with every cooking utensil and apparatus necessary if you plan on cooking, however for health reasons they don't keep or provide spices and cooking items so plan accordingly to meet your desired needs. Outside of a few bugs in the pool (which you can't run from in Florida), the house was more than excellent and we would love to go back if time allows us. Highly recommend this space for anyone who's looking for a quiet getaway that's an arms length distance away from all the fun Orlando and the other nearby cities can provide.
Amazingly beautiful and clean

What made the stay a 10/10 was our Host and his communication he responded in a timely manner whenever we communicated whether it was a question or extending our stay he was professional, polite and friendly we felt right at home. Thank you so much and I look forward to booking again in the future.
Snowbirds

Two other sisters from South Carolina & one from Oregon came for a few days! The house was very spacious and accommodating! The pool was wonderful all month! Nick was very quick to respond when needed! We would definitely recommend this home to others!
Wonderful Time
By Marco S on 23-Jul-2024We were a group of 8 people. 2 grandmas, 1 grandpa, 1 father, 1 mother and 3 children. The house is beautiful and big, everyone can also retreat to a quiet place if necessary. The pool was great to cool off in after a day at the amusement park. The games room is also a nice bonus for the children. Theme parks were easy to reach, only the daily traffic jams to Orlando on the I4 are sometimes annoying. A possible small point of criticism is that the pool furniture here and there needs to be replaced, but that did not spoil our fun. All in all, we had a wonderful time in this beautiful house.
Fantastic from start to finish

We loved spending the evenings sitting by the pool in complete tranquillity. Villa was impeccably clean, everything in good working order and couldn't fault a thing. Also the service from Nick from start to finish is top class which you do not find with the major tour operators, thank you Nick - we will be back!
