Luxury South View Villa perfect for large or small groups, is situated within the Solterra Resort near Champions Gate -offering a blend of adventure and tranquillity. Its south-facing pool ensures all day sunshine, enhancing the outdoor experience with a vast pool area and the option for al fresco dining and outdoor living. The villa's interior matches its exterior splendour, featuring a game room and a loft designed for relaxation or games. The resort's amenities, including a beach entry pool, water slide, Lazy River, and sports facilities, are a short walk away. This villa embodies the essence of Florida's lifestyle, providing a luxurious escape with the comforts of home.Beautifully furnished, the spacious accommodation has been designed with both luxury and comfort in mind. Hard floors throughout make spills any easy clean up and Fast Secure WIFI throughout the home, together with Smart TV's will keep you in touch with family and allow streaming of your favourite programmes.
The spacious living accommodation has 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, light and very spacious living areas and a game room for your further enjoyment. Decorated with style and comfort in mind, our home is comfortable for large or small groups.
As you enter your home from home, you are greeted by the grand 2-story foyer and the large, open-concept living space complete with a spacious island Kitchen and dining area so everyone can gather comfortably for meals or relax watching TV.
Our fully equipped kitchen comes with 2 dishwashers and 2 fridge freezers with water and ice dispensers to cater for even the largest group! The large table can seat up to 18 ideal for all the group to gather. You will find plenty of glasses, dishes and even muffin cases if you fancy baking! Unbreakable dishes and glasses for our outdoor dining area and a large cool box for the patio or taking on a trip out. It really is a home from home experience!
The luxuriously appointed living area, one of two in the home, features a large 65” tv with comprehensive entertainment package and comfortable leather sofas.
As you walk out of the living area to a large, covered lanai and pool with spa, you will find the outdoor oasis you would expect in your dream vacation home. The very large extended deck as amazing south facing open views over conservation and meadows, it is the perfect place for fun and relaxation. The large lagoon pool and spa can be heated if required and has handrails for easy access.
The luxury outdoor furniture offers a very comfortable seating area with cooling fans if it gets too warm, and there are plenty of loungers for the sun worshippers in your party, plus a dining area, a large gas barbeque and even an outdoor TV!
On the ground floor there is a tropical inspired Master king Suite with Master Bathroom with large walk-in shower, and 2 Queen guest bedrooms that share a Jack & Jill Shower Room/toilet, with their own private vanity basin area.
As you head to the second floor you will find a spacious light filled room with a generous seating area and large 65” TV and poker table, this second sitting room offers family and guests plenty of space to enjoy their favourite activities, or simply relax!
Then there are the super comfy bedrooms - the second Master king Suite with Master Bath/shower, 2 spacious king bedrooms with ensuites with shower, 1 queen ensuite with shower and 2 twins sharing a bath with tub, to complete the second floor and providing guests with a very restful sleep after a day of fun in the Florida sun!
All our Bedrooms feature very comfortable pillow top beds, with luxury linens and their own Smart TV - bathrooms have lots of fluffy white towels and a hairdryer.
The whole home features either tile or luxury vinyl plank floors to take away the worry of little spills and make clean ups a breeze.
The home is air conditioned throughout, including the Games Room, featuring pool, air hockey and foosball, TV, arcade machines and gaming area with X-Box

For the little ones we have 2 baby cribs, pack and play and highchairs (3rd available) and stair gates. All doors to our pool area are alarmed and a pool safety fence
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
The pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost of $40 per night, during warmer months June-Sept spa heat only is available at $20 per night - you can add this after booking.

The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry heated pool, with slide, there are cabanas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting area for when the sun gets too warm. There is an outdoor kitchen and inside the club house you will find a TV, more luxury seating and refreshment area -a Tiki Bar and Lazy River! There is also a gym if you have any energy left and also tennis court, volleyball and Children's play area. All this within a few minutes’ walk of our home. Each booking will require payment of community access fee to use the club house area, one fee per group per stay $38-45 depending on party size – payable on first use.
The Parks are very easy to reach - our home is only a few minutes off the I4 and from there its - depending on traffic - about 15 minutes to Disney, 25 to SeaWorld and about 30 to Universal
There are two supermarkets within 5 minutes’ drive, as well as Restaurants and Pizza places, at Reunion crossroads and Champions Gate.
PARKING
Our driveway takes 3 cars and a further 2 cars can be parked in the marked bays on the roadway, car passes must be displayed.

The damage waiver cover $59 added to every booking covers accidental damage during your stay to a value of $1500
Check in Time is 5 pm and check out 10 am – please enquire, if you would like to request the availability of an earlier or later check out, additional charge may apply
If you require a food starter pack for your stay, please enquire.
Our home is pet friendly - dogs only (Max 2) - by prior arrangement. A fee of $100 each dog for stay is payable. (thorough cleaning takes place after every pet stay to ensure no signs of pets remain for guests without their furry family)

Amazing villa
By Debbie Stewart on 12-Aug-2026Just returned from a fabulous holiday staying at South View Villa Everything was even better than expected. Really clean, spacious and well equipped for a large family group with children 2-14 years old. Booking, payment and all instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Communication always very prompt. Everyone gave it the wow factor on arrival and we didn’t want to leave at the end of our stay. Any queries we had were answered and resolved very quickly by the very helpful management company. Outside area and pool all very comfortable but we couldn’t all eat at the table so some just sat on the outdoor sofas which was fine. We didn’t use the bbq but found everything we needed in the villa. Lots of cups glasses and plates etc for indoors and outdoors 2 fridge/freezers and dishwashers were a big help. Giant indoor dining table which was not used and kitchen bar with stools was great for breakfast food preparation and serving food. We used the Solterra club pool etc just once but it was very busy being a Sunday and a DJ party afternoon. Definitely the best villa we have stayed in during over 30 years of florida villa holidays and would highly recommend. We would love to return.

By Kathy on 23-Jun-2026Our family of 15 with 3 littles had the best week! The house was perfect and it was so nice for everyone to sit together at the large kitchen table for meals. We cooked most nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house had plenty of items available for the kids-crib, high chair, stroller, gates, and play mat. We especially loved the view out the back of the house. It was so nice to look out over a very large field and not into the backyard of another house. Pat was very accommodating and attentive to all of our needs. I would not hesitate to stay at any of her properties in the future.
Great Stay
By Kelly on 08-Jun-2026We had a total of 14 Guests. My Wife and I with our children and grandchildren. The home was beautiful and spacious. All of the cooking supplies we needed were there to make meals which helped out alot. The pool in the back was excellent which was very private with fields in the back not looking on other homes. The host and property manager Sharon was very quick and helped out with any questions you may have. If we ever come back to Orlando, I would stay at this property again.

We chose this home due meeting the needs of rooms/beds, two fridges, two dishwashers, enough dishware and seating so our family/ guests could all eat and play games together, and allowing pets.The pool, game room, use of the bbq (without an extra charge) and two laundry rooms was a great bonus for us as well. Unfortunately we didn't have time to access the resort but the unobstructed view from the patio allowed us to view several wild life and a hot air balloon landing.The homeowner(s) deserve more than 5 stars for their prompt responses, cleanliness of the home, the amount items/ necessities to accommodate large groups.
