Located on the gated resort community of ChampionsGate in Davenport is this privately owned 5 bedroom Orlando vacation villa. These facilities include a state-of-the-art gym, a movie theatre and a games room with arcade machines, heated swimming pools, lazy river, water slides, children’s splash zone, spa, mini golf and a Tiki bar where you can get a chilled drink. Tennis and beach volleyball courts are also available for more energetic guests to use. Find a number of restaurants at the ChampionsGate Village area, which is within a mile of your villa, or head a few miles north to the bustling US192, to find hundreds more dining options to choose from. Disney World can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car, so make your way to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot to create amazing and unforgettable memories for the entire family. Being just 30-35 minutes away, Universal Resorts lets you visit Hogwarts at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, get soaked to the bone at Volcano Bay water park and encounter dinosaurs in Jurassic Park at Islands of Adventure. Orlando's newest theme park, Universal Epic Universe is also just 35-40 minutes away, with exciting new rides and experiences for all. Animal lovers will want to head to Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins and SeaWorld to encounter sharks, both just 25-30 minutes from your villa.

ChampionsGate ChampionsGate is a luxury gated resort community in Davenport, ideally located close to Walt Disney World, Universal and Orlando’s other top tourist attractions. Private holiday villas often include games rooms, home cinema rooms and south or west-facing pools with spa. The Oasis and Retreat Clubhouses feature pools, lazy river, water slides, splash zones, sports courts, restaurant, Tiki bars, movie theatre and mini golf. Shops and a large selection of dining options are nearby at ChampionsGate Village or along the US192 which is a few miles north of here. The Retreat at Champions Gate community has between 600-700 Orlando vacation rentals as well as a stunning 16,000 sq ft clubhouse called the Oasis at Champions Gate. Inside the Oasis clubhouse there is a state of the art fitness room, dance studio, kids play room, 26 seater cinema, computer room, small shop selling soft drinks and snacks as well as kids arcade games. There is also a full restaurant serving food from 11am daily. As part of the Oasis clubhouse there is a water park which has a large resort pool with private cabanas, water slides, lazy river, kids splash park, Tiki Bar, kids play area and volley ball courts, they also have daily entertainment run by the onsite staff. The Oasis Clubhouse and Water Park is open to all on site guests who have unlimited use. The Oasis clubhouse at ChampionsGate is open from 8am - 10pm daily, pools open from 10am - 10pm with food and drinks from 11am - 10pm. Living Accommodation: Let this villa be a home for you during your Orlando vacation. The well-equipped kitchen is located to the centre right of this vacation villa. With all the appliances and utensils you will need, you will be able to make delicious self-catered meals for your entire family. Next to the kitchen is a formal dining table where you can have a meal, before playing board games once the kids have cleared away the dishes. To the back left of the villa is the large and spacious family lounge with a sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV, ideal for watching all your favourite movies and programmes. A nearby patio door provides access to the private pool, so guests can go for a swim as often as they like. Upstairs is a second lounge area with a flatscreen TV, a great place for younger guests to claim as their own. Bedrooms: The only bedroom on the ground floor, the Main bedroom is to the left of the family lounge and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, which has a door leading to the pool. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and to the back right, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 is to the centre left and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom that is shared with the rest of the villa. Bedroom 4 is located centrally at the rear with Twin beds, while Bedroom 5 is at the back left, also with Twin beds. Both rooms are decorated in a style to suit guests of all ages. All rooms also come equipped with a flatscreen TV, allowing everyone to watch their favourite movies as they drift off to sleep. Entertainment: Head to the air-conditioned games room at the front of this vacation villa to find hours of entertainment in the form of table football, air hockey and ping-pong. Play a friendly game against your family or play to determine who is the ultimate champion. Resort facilities at the Oasis clubhouse are just a 6 minute walk from your villa, while the Retreat clubhouse is a bit further away. Together they include a well-equipped gym, a movie theatre and games room. Outside are heated swimming pools, lazy river, water slides, a children’s splash zone, spa, mini golf and a Tiki bar selling snacks and drinks. Tennis and beach volleyball courts are also available for guests who enjoy remaining active.

Outdoor Living: Relax at your very own private pool with conservation views and no overlooking neighbours to the rear of this vacation villa. After a swim, lay back and top up your vitamin D in the Orlando sunshine while a nearby door to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom helps to prevent any wet footprints throughout the villa. Take in the conservation views as you sit at the covered dining table with a chilled drink and chat while you plan your next Orlando villa vacation. The main entrance to the Champions Gate is located on HWY27 in Davenport almost opposite Tuscan Ridge if you are familiar with this community. There is another entrance to the Champions Gate Resort via HWY54 (Ronald Reagen Pkwy). It's almost opposite the entrance to the West Haven community. When heading along HWY54 turn down Westside Blvd and follow this around until you see the entrance to the Champions Gate Resort. Personally this is the entrance we use as it's closer to all the shops, restaurants and I4 exit.

Rental rates additional information Pool Heat (if required) is £25.00 per night. Cleaning Fee is £150.00 (fixed price for all durations) Property Protection Fee is £60.00 (fixed price for all durations) Nightly rate is weekly rate divided by 7. Person booking must be over 25 and be staying within the villa (ID/proof of age will need to be provided). Dates will only be confirmed once deposit (or full balance if within 6 weeks of booking) has been paid. A deposit will be required at time of booking (amount will be advised). If booking is within 40 days of stay, then full balance is due at time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled after 7 days from date of booking. Full balance is to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to commencement of booking. Full balance is payable if cancelled within the 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the booking. Payment options/plans will be considered for the remaining balance. Full terms and conditions will be issued with the booking form.
