We welcome you to our beautiful professionally decorated and furnished 3 Bed, 2 Bath Villa located at Lake Berkley Resort. Have your vacation here in comfort and relaxation with air conditioning throughout. Full air con and hi-speed WiFi throughout. The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV and DVD/CD player. Both the sitting room and dining room overlook the private pool. There are 3 bedrooms in total. The main bedroom has a King sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. And the third bedroom has twin beds. All linens provided. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bath and shower, the second bathroom also has a shower. All towels and hairdryers provided. The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker fridge/freezer and waste disposal. You will find everything you need has been provided. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, so leave room in your suitcase for lots of clothes shopping at the bargain Outlets. We have a games room with pool table, so start planning those family tournaments now. The lovely screened pool has plenty of patio seating and is surrounded by beautiful Florida vegetation. You have an ample supply of pool towels and pool furniture. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this. Our local Managing Agents are responsible for cleaning and maintaining our villa. You can call them for any assistance you might need. NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental. Lake berkley Resort
By Roderick on 02-Feb-2026Luxury Villa 3 bedroom with own pool on Lake Berkley Resort. Close to all Disney parks, Kissimmee. The property was clean and well equipped. The resort property was also well maintained with walking trails, club house with public pool. Coco beach and the Kennedy Space Centre close enough for day trips. We will be booking with this property management company in the future.

Everyone is always quick to respond with any questions we had. Location is in a beautiful gated community and close to everything. Highly recommend and will definately be booking again.
Holiday of a lifetime

The Villa is roomy, very clean and perfectly positioned for the parks, the old town and near by facilities like supermarkets and restaurants. When we didn’t fancy anything too busy we were perfectly happy staying poolside in the sunshine!Once in a lifetime we said…..no chance WE CANT WAIT to come back
