Welcome to our stunning 7-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom villa in the heart of Florida, just a short 20-minute drive from Disney World Orlando and 40 minutes from Universal Studios Orlando. Perfectly suited for families and large groups, our villa is located on the gated Solterra Resort in Davenport, which offers guests access to the clubhouse, gym, and a range of amazing facilities.With a total living space of 3600 square feet, our villa is incredibly spacious, allowing your family or group to relax in comfort and style. As soon as you walk in the door, you will be greeted by an open-plan living area that’s perfect for socializing, relaxing, and watching TV together. The room is filled with natural light, thanks to large windows that look out onto the pool area and beyond.
Our villa boasts seven beautifully decorated bedrooms, three of which are themed for children with twin beds, and feature Disney, Harry Potter, and Super Heroes themes. These bedrooms are perfect for kids and will provide them with a truly magical experience that they will never forget.
All of our king/queen bedrooms are en-suite, meaning that everyone can have their own private space to get ready for the day ahead or unwind after a long day of exploring the theme parks.
Our south-facing private pool with a jacuzzi spa is perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine and cooling off after a day at the parks. And because our villa backs onto woodlands, you won't be overlooked by any neighbors or passersby, providing the utmost privacy and tranquility.
As part of the Solterra Resort, guests have access to the clubhouse and gym, which includes a range of facilities such as an outdoor pool, lazy river, water slide, and a café. There’s something for everyone to enjoy at the resort, whether you want to relax by the pool, work out in the gym, or grab a bite to eat at the café.

Amazing venue, Amazing host!
By Scott D on 01-Sep-2026From the first minute that I contacted Chris about the villa, he was responsive, helpful and great to deal with. He kept us informed throughout the entire booking process and was always just a WhatsApp message away to answer our queries. As the date for our stay got closer, Chris remained in contact and updated us frequently regarding our stay. When we arrived at the villa, we were all amazed at how spacious it was. There was 12 in our group and the villa accommodated us adequately. The rooms were all a good size and there was a bathroom for each of the teenagers - this made things so much easier when getting ready! The villa pool and jacuzzi were an excellent extra touch and the amenities within the resort were great for our down days away from the parks and shopping malls. We had an amazing 2 weeks in Orlando and this was largely due to our host Chris, and his exceptional villa at Solterra Resort.

We had a couple of issues but Chris the owner was immediately there via message to help and support and fix, he is so helpful and friendly and we are very grateful for everything he did. Do not hesitate get this Villa booked.
Another amazing stay!

Modern, super clean and full of high tech technology with a mobile app that makes controlling everything in the home so much easier. It has everything you need for a thoroughly enjoyable stay and a fantastic private saltwater pool - this has now become a must for us in Florida. Chris responds instantly to messages and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. Our boys were unwell whilst we were visiting and he made sure to check in on how they were doing on more than one occasion. We can’t wait to visit again and are already thinking about dates to visit having only just returned home! Thank you, Chris!
Amazing villa, and the owner answers straight away
By Elizabeth Downie on 17-Jul-2026We booked Heroes Home for our family holiday in 2025, however due to unexpected circumstances we could not go, I contacted Chris the owner to explain within mins it was changed to 2026 at no extra cost to ourselves. We arrive on the 1st July and the Villa looked even better than the photos, as it was 2am British time when we arrived we all went to bed. The next morning it was the pool for our two grandchildren, unpacking for us, and shopping so we split the both of them. With the Florida heat it was fab to get into the pool or hot tub to cool down, the boys were like water-babies and the Adults loved them as well, even when we were there, the pool & the hot tub was checked by the owners maintenance, ensuring everything was still safe & water levels were what the should be. The Villa was immaculate, all the white goods you needed and the pool area was just the same. They were 11 of us and we all had plenty of room for us & even a lot more if we wanted. I could go on and on about all the positives about this villa, however it would take me all day, therefore all I am going to say, if you are thinking of renting a Villa in Florida this is the one. I would recommend it 100%. The owner Chris was always on the other side of a text message, we did not need to wait long for his reply to anything down to, where would we get a birthday cake (as one of our grandsons had his 7th on the 11th), best places to book the park tickets, hiring a BBQ, the list could go on and on, even when we were there he was the same if we were not sure of something. When we got to the Airport to fly home, Ian my other half realised he has left his phone at the Villa, I text Chris when we got home, he was on the case right away (contacting his management team who found it. then contacted people he knew to find out if they were anyone flying back to Britain that could take it, then post it to us. Even after we had let the villa and home he is still trying to help.
Stunning Villa - Great Stay

Sun all day on the pool area and sun loungers, but also shaded in the covered part. The house itself is tastefully decorated without being over the top, enough for the children but also great for the adults.

From booking to checking out the owner, Chris, was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions. The location within the resort is also superb. Lovely and quiet, not overlooked at all yet only a few minutes from the club house one way and main security gate the other. This villa has lots of added extras and touches of luxury we haven’t found anywhere else. I highly recommend.
