Description

Casita Privada Pinheiro is the second villa in the Privada Group portfolio of luxury villa rentals. This 4 bed 4 bath villa is in one of the Algarve's most sought after

and picturesque areas.

The house, set in its own gardens with a private swimming pool, and benefits from a total refit of all rooms. All bedrooms benefit from en suite bathrooms, a lounge, dining room, breakfast room and kitchens (both inside and out) , bbq, traditional bread oven and large lawned areas.

Like her sister properties Casita Privada Pinheiro has all the luxury fittings and finishings the owners like their clients to have. Egyptian cotton bedding and towels, fully stocked (brand new) kitchen, furnishings you would expect to find in boutique hotels around the world and all this just minutes walk from the Ria Formosa and the sea. The famous Fialho Restaurant which serves amazing local fish (described as only fresher when it's swimming in the sea) is again only minutes away.

There is also a cycle track near the villa which takes you along the Ria Formosa and directly to one of the best beaches in the Algarve. Praia Do Barril, also known as the 'anchors graveyard' or the 'train beach' is easily also reached by car in just 7 mins. Park up in the newly landscaped car park, walk over a pedestrian bridge to a 'train station' (well it's a platform with a sun shade) and a toy like train will take you to the main beach and restaurants in just 5 mins. You can walk but the train is about €1,50 and it's just such an easy ride in the heat. Once there you have a choice of coffee shops and restaurants which all serve great drinks and food throughout the day.

The villa is 25 mins from Faro airport on a virtually straight road. Travel through the sea port town of Olhao and grab some groceries and fresh fish, drive on along the N125 and within no time you could be at Casita Privada Pinheiro for an unforgettable holiday.

We can offer this lovely villa for longer autumn and winter let's at reduced rates plus utilities. The property benefits from new solar energy throughout which means monthly bills for hot water and electricity are greatly reduced. Please ask us for more detailed information on longer lets.

Ideal for family holiday

Lovely well equipped villa. Gated swimming pool was very helpful as we had a toddler with our party. Easy access (with car) to shops, beaches and the town of Tavira with multiple restaurants. Hosts were available, very helpful and welcoming. Really appreciated the home made jams and cakes. Would highly recommend.

A very relaxing stay !

What a fab place to stay a real home from home. The villa is situated in a quiet rural area. but not far from local beaches, shops, supermarkets, Olhao - with it's very colourful fish and produce markets, and Tavira too. Local seafood restaurant Os Fialhos - not to be missed, a 5 minute drive or an easy 30 minute stroll away from the villa, good idea to book in advance ! The villa is very spacious, inside and out, and beautifully furnished. it is very well maintained by the very friendly owners. Upon arrival we received home-made preserves and banana muffins, which were delicious and a nice personal touch. The villa was very comfortable and well equipped and exceptionally clean. We received a full clean and linen change after the first week and the owners regularly cleaned and inspected the pool. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool and eating outdoors. We enjoyed shopping at the local market, buying fish to cook on the BBQ too. Local wine was most enjoyable and reasonably priced too. Would certainly book this villa again.

Amazing holiday in a delightful villa

Staying in this villa is a must………the owners are so friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay feel very special, including complimentary homemade jams and cakes, which were delicious! We spent our time lazing around the pool, cooking on the BBQ and visiting local beaches, a visit to the local restaurant is an absolute must. The inside of the villa is finished to an exceptional quality, it is obvious that the owners take great pride in ensuring their clients enjoy their holiday in the Algarve. We will be booking again for next year……we can’t wait!
