We were a party of 12 and the villa accommodated us all really well. Although 2 couples stayed elsewhere we all used the villa as a base and it was perfect. The pool was great, hot tub a bonus and the pool table was used regularly in the evenings. The table tennis was also great for daytime games. The villa was close to town and the surrounding areas were lovely and quiet. Lisa and Rick were great with communication and helped with everything we asked of them. Couldn’t praise them more. We had some lovely days out with our hire cars and no where was too far away. Totally recommend staying here. Thank you for an amazing stay, lots of memories made.

We just returned after spending two great weeks at the villa. We were 3 families totalling 11 people and the villa gives so much space for everyone. Lisa and Rick are great hosts who were so helpful from the moment of first enquiry through to the final minute of our holiday. This villa offers so much including a great swimming pool, pool and snooker tables along with a great outdoor Bar and BBQ area. We would highly recommend this villa and big thanks to Lisa and Rick for a great holiday.

The property was ideal for our stay with loads of space for individuals to chill out and relax and for us all to come together to play games and have fun. The swimming pool was a boon which we all enjoyed especially as the weather was so good (and very hot0.

An amazing experience from the minute I enquired back in September last year. The villa was all we expected and more. Location was great for us as we knew it well but Rick and Lisa did offer to show us around and have some tips on places to visit. We definitely will look to come back again to this villa and will recommend - we had a family of 10 and stayed for two weeks, so much room it really didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We celebrated a 60th Birthday with 25 of us (local family and friends) we all sat around the bar/bbq area perfectly. The games room was fab and the tv/computer room a hit too. Recommend a car to explore the many lovely local towns - my personal fav being Benijófar for the selection of restaurants of an evening. Oh and Guardamar beach - had an amazing market that went on forever and a fair and of course Torrevieja is great too with a fair also near Habineros shopping centre. All in all an amazing stay where we were made to feel welcome and at ease by rick and Lisa on our arrival, departure and in between. 5 star stay for sure. Oh lovely pool man too.

This villa was really lovely and exactly as described. We stayed here for a 2 week family holiday. We were a party of 12 (6 adults & 6 children) so really needed this type of property that allowed everyone their own space and bathroom facilities. The pool was a big hit with us all as was the great outdoor and indoor dining options. The owners Lisa and Ric were so attentive to ensuring our every query was answered before and after we booked and indeed gave us great advice on how to get the best out of our holiday

8 of us stayed at the villa for a week in June. We had a fantastic time. I have stayed in many villas but none of them have been as well equipped as this one. Richard and Lisa the owners were amazing, so hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely like to stay here again.
