Your family haven!In the safe & quiet area of Punta Grossa. JUST 5 mins (450m) stroll away from the picturesque beach of Arenal d'en Castell.
We are a fully legal holiday vacation rental, please see licence number below.
Our ground floor villa will be your home away from home. You'll have a large enclosed garden (430M², that's over 4500SqFt!), veranda & fantastic sheltered outdoor dining space!
A large community swimming pool (11 metres!) +private access via our garden path.
Lots of family games & toys (inc. Giant garden Jenga, Mikado & Badminton set!
Free WiFi & 55" smart TV (including: Netflix, Amazon, HBOMax, Showtime & Disney+)
2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 king and 2 single beds). 2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with the rare amenity of a water reverse-osmosis system for drinking water on tap! (In Menorca most tap water is not drinkable) so help reduce plastic waste & save some money in the process!
There is a large living room with a big comfortable sofa and a dining area with booth seating.
Keep cool with 3 air conditioning units, one in living room and one in each bedroom! Fans also supplied.
Also the property has heating for out of season and winter stays.
Community swimming pool is shared with only 7 neighbours on this small peaceful and extremely quiet mini-complex, with only 2 holiday rentals among them.
The pool is larger than most surrounding properties (measuring 11 metres in length), including villas with private pools!
Lots of indoor & outdoor games and toys for the kids! Keep them entertained all day.
To get an accurate location in relation to the beach, please do an online search for "La Buganvilla de Menorca" and the beach entrance and boardwalk is beside the restaurant "Viva la Pepa".
The beach front is just around the corner (450m), with the access from the board walk that spans most of the length of the beach.
In season sun loungers and shade is available to rent.
There is also a wash station at the base of the stairs to wash sand off feet etc.
You will have access to beach towels, bamboo mats, and a parasol at your disposal. And for your convenience, we also have a cool-box with artificial ice to keep your refreshments cool. And for the kids, there are beach toys available for sand castles, nets for play fishing, and much more!

Coming for a winter stay (out of season)? Fantastic, to keep you warm we have a pellet burner, small radiator, bathroom inferred heaters, and 3 heating air conditioners.
Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
A cleaning after guests is 5-6 hours so please be patient.

Due to Spanish laws and regulations we must also collect a tourist tax at check-in (we collect this as an additional cash payment). This is currently €2 per adult (16yrs+), per night +VAT (IVA).
We will also have to collect passport details etc. of all visiting guests staying in the property.
And we charge a fully refundable security/damage deposit of £99.

By Jo on 08-Jul-2025We stayed here for a week. It was perfect. Vick and Andrea are the perfect hosts. A very warm welcome and the shortbread was divine! There is everything you need for a holiday and more! If you have children it has plenty to keep them entertained. The pool was lovely. Lovely wrap around veranda so plenty of much needed shade! The villa is in an ideal location on the outskirts of the resort. Lovely and quiet and only a short walk to restaurants. The beach was fabulous although we explored the islands beaches as well. Highly recommend. Thank you Vick and Andrea!

By Gemma on 27-Jun-2025We absolutely loved Vic and Andrea’s apartment and it was perfect for our holiday with our two year old. Firstly, Vic and Andrea are wonderful hosts who are friendly, responsive and were super flexible with our check in time and early bag drop which was so appreciated after a very early flight from the U.K. and a very very tired toddler! The apartment is in such a great location, a very easy walk to the best beach which is great for families and walking distance to all the restaurants etc in the main village. The apartment is in a little villa complex and it’s so quiet and clean and peaceful. Vic and Andrea have kitted out the apartment so well and we loved how child friendly it was. It made our stay so enjoyable and straightforward. It very easy to get to the apartment from the airport, we hired a car but if you didn’t have loads of luggage then you really don’t need a car. There is a car parking space outside the apartment too. We cannot recommend this place enough! Hi Vic and Andrea, thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely apartment. This was honestly the best air bnb we have stayed in on hols - just so perfect for our holiday with our little girl. You have made such a great place here with all the little additional touches and it’s so appreciated. The area and the apartment are like a hidden gem! We really hope to return soon . Vick and Andrea’s place was perfect
By Katherine on 22-Jun-2025Vick and Andrea’s place was perfect for our family holiday. The hosts were helpful and responsive and were there to meet us at check-in. Our flight arrived at lunchtime and Vick messaged us to say check-in was available sooner than we anticipated, which was greatly appreciated. We were travelling with our four year old and 18 month old and the house had everything the kids could possibly need. The listing and photographs were accurate. We would fully recommend this house to anyone travelling to the area with a young family.
The owners are incredibly friendly

The owners are incredibly friendly, clear and quick to communicate and give you a very warm welcome (including delicious homemade cookies). The apartment is nicely decorated and sparkling clean. And really everything you need is present in the apartment, everything has been thought of. We also really appreciated that you were allowed to use a cooler, for example. A lot of attention has been paid to a stay with children, there are all kinds of games and toys ready and also the second bedroom is decorated with attention to children. We felt right at home. The large garden is beautiful and there is an oasis of tranquility. The swimming pool is great and has wonderfully warm water. All kinds of towels are provided, including large bath towels for the pool. This location is really recommended! Dear Vick and Andrea, Thank you for your hospitality in your beautiful home. We really enjoyed your beautiful place. Our compliments for your way of communication, warm welcome, how complete the house is (everything was present) and how cozy you have decorated the house and garden. Hope to see you in the future. The apartment was beautiful, in a quiet area of the town, walking distance to beach, supermarket and restaurants. There were so many conveniences to the apartment, toys for kids, large garden with sun loungers and other furniture to sit, things for the beach etc, everything has been well thought out to provide a relaxing space after a long ( hot ! ) day exploring. The apartment is suitable for anyone, but if you have kids, you would struggle to find a more perfect place to stay in the area. We will definitely be returning! And Thanks Andrea and Vick, you were great hosts and was lovely to meet you. This was an rental done right!
Clean and equipped with everything
By Douglas on 03-May-2025Thanks Andrea and Vick for the wonderful stay! The hosts were very friendly, attentive and responded to messages within 2 minutes. The villa and garden are extremely well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for. The amenities were really great! Inside and outside there were many toys for the kids as well as a cool playhouse in the garden. The garden is private and very large and the pool we had to ourselves in the low season! The location is very quiet, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Price/performance was great in April/May! Thanks!
