Description
Villa Helene is a secluded, spacious and comfortable villa. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a private pool. there are large mature gardens. the villa is well equipped for your stay.The villa is close to the beach and all amenities (approx. 10 minutes walk)
The mature gardens surround the house and give a wonderful feeling of privacy. The villa sits in a plot of just under 1000m2.
The villa has double patio doors which open onto the private pool. There is an outdoor dining area and a covered patio. The perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying life. The master bedroom has it's own terrace and covered pergola.
All of the bedrooms have air conditioning the family room has a ceiling fan as well.
All the bedrooms and bathrooms have mosquito nets
There is also a terrace at the back of the house, a good place to work or take a coffee.
In the living room there is a large ceiling fan, and seating for 6 plus a desk to work at.

The shower room is ensuite to the family room family room.
Bathroom 2 with a bath and over head hand held shower attachment.
The villa is on one level apart from three steps up to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The main part of the villa is open plan and faces towards the pool. The indoor dining area has windows overlooking the pool and garden. The kitchen also has windows looking into the garden and a back door on to the back terrace. All the ceilings are high with white beams giving a light and airy feel to the house.
The mature garden includes olive trees, fig trees and a lemon and lime tree giving wonderful light and natural shade in the heat of the day.
The villa plot is approximately 1000m2 so plenty of space and privacy and the occasional wild tortoise!
For Spring and Autumn there is a log burning stove (with plenty of logs available)

Please Note: Change over day is Saturday to Saturday in August.
Outside of August we can be flexible wherever possible with the change over days. Please ask us for your preferred dates and we will accommodate them whenever possible. Minimum stay of 7 nights.
Price is for a maximum of 5 people.
If the booking is for only 2 people we can make a small reduction in price.
We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and beach towels. For a 2 week stay we include a mid stay clean and linen and towel change.
We also provide a housekeeping welcome pack with practical items, washing up liquid, toilet paper and clothes washing pods.
Binibeca's beautiful beach is a short walking distance from the villa and Cala Torret about 10 minutes walk where you can find a good choice of restaurants, a dive school and supermarket. A 15 minute walk will take you to Binibeca Vell where there is also a good choice of restaurants, bars, cafes, car rental, ATM and shops.
TO BOOK:
We request a 30% deposit and the balance is due 12 weeks before departure along with a security deposit.

By Jenny on 20-Jun-2025Villa Helene was perfect for our family of 5. We wanted a peaceful, easygoing holiday and that's exactly what this was. Villa Helene is only 15 mins from the airport which is the first brilliant thing. The villa itself is beautiful and a lot nicer than even the lovely pictures suggested. The rooms are bright and airy and it's really clean, and easy to keep clean throughout the week. The fact that beach towels were provided was an extra bonus meaning we didn't have to pack as much. The villa had everything we needed and keeps lovely and cool during the hot days. The pool was perfect too and there are some lovely spaces outside to relax and soak up the sun. Emma was an amazing host and nothing was too much trouble! We hadn't been to Menorca before but the island was lovely and after a little bit of exploring we quickly saw that Binebeca was the best and most beautiful area for us, so we were very pleased to stay local every day. There is a delicious bakery 5 mins walk down the road, and supermarkets and restaurants too, although we cooked at the villa most nights. The beach was gorgeous with perfect white sand and warm and still turquoise waters. Our family has various considerations for a holiday, as our children have additional needs and we are a multi-cultural family and don't find we are made to feel welcome in all holiday destinations. Villa Helene and Binebeca were perfect for us because we it was so peaceful and private, not overlooked at all. And the local people and other holiday makers (mostly Spanish) were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you, definitely hope to return!
Fantastic villa for a family holiday
By Georgia on 27-Aug-2022We had such a great time at Villa Helene in Menorca. Its so peaceful, plenty of outdoor space and the kids loved the pool. Its walking distance to the beach and some really lovely restaurants. We hired a car and went to so many nice beaches and incredible swimming spots. Emma and Roddy where really easy to communicate with and genuinely cared that we had a good time. What a great holiday!

Great villa in good location on wonderful island
By Douglas Poole on 03-Jun-2022The villa was ideal for our holiday with excellent facilities, both inside and out. The location was on a quiet road on the outer fringes of the housing area and felt secluded when relaxing by the pool. The pool was a good size for us. Binibeca beach was close and ideal for the 2 year old in our party. Other beaches were not too far to drive to. The owner was very good to deal with and answered our questions promptly. We stayed a week and found plenty to do and great places to visit. we will visit again.
