Description
Villa da Figueira is the perfect place for a luxurious and relaxing family holiday, with its private pool, beautiful views, and fabulous location close to stunning beaches.The villa is newly refurbished, bright, comfortable and spacious. It has 6 bedroom and a private pool, making it perfect for extended family or multi family groups.
The accommodation consists of 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (3 of which are en-suite), 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens. All bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning, which is included in the price.
Outside, you will find the private swimming pool with a beautiful view over the national park. There are multiple seating areas outside so you can enjoy the sunshine from sunrise to sunset! Linens and towels are provided and we have Starlink superfast broadband.
The village of Figueira, which has an delicious pizzeria, very popular traditional Portuguese restaurant, and a lovely organic cafe, is a 10 mins walk away. There are also two stunning and quiet beaches within walking distance of the villa. Salema, with its beachside restaurants and bars, is just a 5 minute drive away.
The villa is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, so we usually welcome families with children or responsible adults. We really respect our neighbours and how peaceful the village is, so parties and other disturbances are not accepted.
The villa and pool are for your exclusive private use during your stay.

By Brigitte on 02-Nov-2025We had a fantastic stay with eleven girls in Eleanor's house! The house is equipped with every comfort: the beds are wonderful, everything is cosy and clean. The area is beautiful, and we have enjoyed the swimming pool (tip: if you go in October or November, you can use the swimming pool heating!). If I go out with a large group again, I would love to come back here!

Everything was perfect and magical
By Kirsty on 22-Sep-2025Villa da Figueria in Budens made my 50th get away magical, was a fantastic location hidden away in the hills. Plenty of space for my family and friends, Eleanor was quick to respond, gave super clear instructions, suggestions and even left a bday card for myself and a friend, a welcoming basket and wine :) Pool was fantastic for those finding the ocean water too cold! Would come back again in a heart beat. So close to walkable beaches and beautiful Salema beach 5 mins drive. A must stay!

Truly a wonderful place
By Nicola on 28-Aug-2025We had a very memorable time in Figueira. The house easily accommodated a family of 4, another of 5, and the two grandparents. Plenty of space and privacy inside and outside. The view is beautiful. The nearby beaches are stunning - although be prepared to walk a little to reach them. (Obviously a car works here for younger kids and grandparents.) The wind was impressive too sometimes but it is to be expected on this wild and natural corner of Portugal and from this hill-top vantage point. Truly a wonderful place and Eleanor was very responsive and helpful.Thank you!
