Description

This villa is situated in a peaceful area of Buzanada, a haven away from the crowds, but very close to the main resorts, just 10 mins by car. It’s perfectly located for a chilled relaxing holiday with family or friends or for those who are more active; a great base for exploring the beautiful hiking paths of Tenerife or cycling on quiet roads to some of the best routes in Tenerife. Buzanada village is a short walk, with small supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, including a pizzeria.

The space:This is a spacious modern 5 bedroom villa with some lovely nods to Canarian architecture. It has been well designed to suit families and friends and well equipped throughout.

The villa is on two separate levels. The main part of the villa is on the upper level with 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom has an ensuite and lovely balcony with views down to the coast. There is a further 2 double bedrooms and one twin with a full family bathroom including seperate bath and shower. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge has direct access from this level to the main terrace with sun loungers, outdoor dining area and pool. The heated pool is great for a quick dip to cool off and has a seat at one end for relaxing. On the terrace you will also find a BBQ.

The light and airy lower level is a large one bedroom self contained apartment, ideal for those wanting their own space, with ensuite bathroom and separate toilet in the main living area. There is an open plan, dining/lounge and full kitchen. Within the lounge area, there is also a good quality daybed if you wanted to extend your group to 11 people.

Both levels have Smart TV's with TV systems that has all the main UK, French, Italian, Scandanvian and other european channels including lots of sports channels as well as TV series box sets and over 5000 films. There is also access to the Netflix and Amazon Prime apps. There is WiFi throughout with speeds of up to 100mbs.
