Description
Detached three bed, two bathroom villa with air conditioning to all rooms, lots of usable outside space and it’s own exclusive pool. The villa is extremely clean and traditional, there are three double bedrooms with ample wardrobe space in each. there is one en-suite bathroom and one family bathroom. There is a well equipped kitchen and a garage that houses the washing machine and tumble drier, it is also used for storage and there is a fold up table tennis table if you want to use it.Cala en Porter is about 15 minutes from the airport and has a beach, many restaurants and bars and the villa is about a 8-10 minute walk to the beach and less than 5 mins walk to the famous Cova Xoroi ( The caves, nightclub, sunset venue ) There is Movistar internet, new smart TV (you will need your own Netflix, prime etc. ) and the air con has just been replaced. We operate on a week to week basis and change over day is Friday .
