Description
At the villa we have:Two large Patio areas, one with automatic awning and private pool with outdoor shower and garden Herbs, another Patio area has the large built BBQ.
Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge, Solar water heating with water softener system.
Covered veranda and extended area to relax
Three twin bedrooms & One Double Super King with En-suite.
Fitted kitchen with breakfast / dining room and double glazed French doors onto a front veranda.
The sought after Cala En porter beach is a 10 minute walk and shops are just 3 minutes away.
The Villa is very spacious and quiet, with plenty of privacy.
Strictly No Hen or Stag Parties.
Friday to Friday only, unless out of season and confirmed with owners.

We have been to cala n porter numerous times and this villa was in the best location so far, perfect for collecting fresh food and beers from the supermarkets and easy walk down to the beach via road or steps. Some honest feedback is parts of the villa are tired and some TLC is required but overall a fantastic family villa, a real home from home.

Mike and Janet the owners have been extremely helpful in any questions we had, the curtain rail broke one evening and they ensured it was fixed by the following day. The villa is lovely and clean with good facilities and well situated within the town. I would highly recommend this villa to any friends and family in the future. Thanks both for allowing us to use lovely holiday home. My Response Well, Thank you both for a fabulous review, I only found about the curtain rail this morning so can not take any credit for that, my villa management Lesley and Juan are my stars and deserve all the credit, we just sort out the bookings and speak to the guests on this side. By Rebekah B on 25-Aug-2017This is our 4th time staying in Villa Janet, and it is by far the best villa be we have stayed in in our 11 Years visiting Menorca. The location is amazing and the Villa Facilities are great as well! We are so thankful for Michael and Janet for letting us stay at the villa and Always being on hand to help with any Problems should there be any, (there wasn't) but was great to know they are only ever a phone call away! As a resort Calan Porter is amazing, there is always something to do, great places to eat and the Aloha Karaoke bar is only across the Road so great for rolling home after one of Manolie and Eduardo's Fantastic Cocktails! We couldn't think of anywhere better to go and wouldn't want to' Thanks again for another Amazing Holiday, can't wait for next Year!
