Description

Casa Ferrari is a beautiful, recently renovated and tastefully decorated villa on the outskirts of Carvoeiro town centre and near some amazing beaches. Carvoeiro Tennis Club and some half a dozen restaurants are within easy walking distance. Two 18-hole golf courses with 3-min drive.
The villa has a large open plan living area incorporated with a modern fully equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room. Large patio doors open to the terrace/pool area with a covered sun room for al-fresco dining, extra seating areas and a built-in bbq.  The swimming pool has Roman steps and a shallow end and can be heated for an extra cost (200€/week). The sizeable 3000m2 plot is fully fenced with electric gates to the road.
All four bedrooms have en-suite facilities and the two of the bedrooms can be either used as twins or doubles (beds join seamlessly). Master bedroom and a double bedroom are on the 1st floor opening to a roof terrace with fabolous views towards the sea. Other two bedrooms are on the ground floor as are the main living areas.

Under the swimming pool there is a large games room with a full-sized billiard table.

The property is fully air-conditioned and also has central heating option for any winter stays. Car hire is recommended and there is plenty off-road parking on the villa grounds up to three cars. The villa has a security alarm and shutters.

A cot and high chair are provided free of charge when requested and there are two foldable Z-beds suitable for children up to 12 years of age.
All towels and linen provided including separate towels for the pool use. Mid-week maid service.

Amazing villa

We could not fault our stay at this villa. Bright, modern & clean, with everything we needed. There were 6 adults and 3 kids and we all loved our stay. Pool was great and plenty space (in & out of sun) for loungers. Sam was always contactable & popped by a couple of times during our stay. We will definitely book again!!
