We were very lucky to book this villa after being badly let down by another villa. I can only thank Andrew for his help and assistance, he was always willing to help and offer advice and was so prompt to reply. The villa itself is amazing, anyone who has booked it to stay... you are so lucky!!!! I would go back tomorrow if I could. The villa is well laid out and works for large families of all ages with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. The focal point for us was the large table on the patio which hosted many enjoyable nights. The pool area is clean and wonderful, enough sun loungers for all and towels provided which is a real bonus. The cleaner was pleasant and came around twice during our week. The management rep came and checked all was well with us upon our arrival and again helped us out on the last day. The villa is only a 10 min walk to the beach and main resort area but a lot of restaurants are closer, also treat yourself to a drink on the sky bar on the Tivoli hotel which is 3 mins walk away.
Fantastic villa and great value for money. The villa was really lovely, very spacious and well equipped. It is well laid out with 3 bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs. There are two en-suite rooms and two family bathrooms as well. Very modern and very clean. Loved the fact there were two lounges downstairs which meant children could watch a film in one room while adults chatted in the other one. The facilities at the villa were very good and have everything you could possibly need. The bbq area was good with a very large outside seating area. The swimming pool was large and the fact you could have it heated was definitely worth it. Although the beach was in easy walking distance we didn't bother due to the fantastic pool. The maid came in twice during the week to clean the villa and was lovely, the management company came in and checked everything was ok during the week, also the pool was cleaned twice in the week and topped up. Can't say enough good things about the villa. The area was good with plenty of good restaurants nearby, the town centre was within easy walking distance and is also where the main beach is. There are plenty of shops in the centre and on the road between there and the villa. Splash and Slide waterpark is only 15 mins away by taxi and well worth a visit. The villa was well suited to us as we were a family of 12 ranging from 6yrs old to 79 yrs old. Andrew the owner, was very helpful and accommodating. All emails were answered quickly and even chatted to him on the phone about the villa and area. Would definitely book this villa again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a villa in this area.
