Furnished to a high standard and sleeps 6 people .The villa also benefits from air conditioning/heating and has TV featuring favourite British channels including BBC channels, ITV, Channels 4 & 5 amongst others plus catch up service in case you miss any of your favourite programmes .The villa and location are perfect for both family or golfing holidays, with many golf courses in the surrounding area. The Blue Flag beaches of Guardamar are less than a 10 minute drive from the villa. Shopping centres such as La Zenia Boulevard & Habaneras are an approximate 15 minute drive.

The villa is furnished to a high standard giving you all the home comforts you could possibly need.The Master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite shower room .A private terrace leads from the bedroom which is perfect for breakfast or just some private quiet time to soak up the sun. There are a further 2 twin bedrooms and family bathroom , a fully equipped small kitchen and living/dining room . As mentioned the property benefits from air conditioning/heating. This is installed in the living area and 2 of the bedrooms. A ceiling fan is fitted in the 3rd bedroom. The property also benefits from Wi Fi which we offer free of charge. Internet service can be unreliable in Spain which is why we do not charge for the service . To date we have had no issues but feel it is only fair to advise in advance in the event of connectivity problems.

There is a private Swimming pool with roman steps 8x4 meters in size . A large sun terrace with sun loungers for lazing by the pool. Patio furniture perfect for dining Al fresco . There is also a small barbecue . A private driveway for off street parking

Fabulous Villa

Have just returned from a 10 day stay at this villa and can honestly say one of the nicest villas we have stayed in. The outdoor pool area in particular is a lovely space and everything is spotlessly clean. Tracie and Julie always were always quick to answer any questions I look forward to staying here again in the future x

Lovely place in the sun.

We had a great 8 night stay in the villa, all very clean and tidy. There is one master bedroom upstairs and ensuite, the other two are downstairs with the bathroom. Aircon worked well, you dont need it on all the time and still kept the third bedroom cool, that had a ceiling fan. The outside and pool are lovely. A car is recommended, you can walk to the supermarket but it was hot. We enjoyed use of the English channels on TV. Tracie the owner very helpful and Julie too when we arrived at the villa, thank you. We would come back again. 😊

Wonderful villa

We have just returned from a week at Casa destinations and would definitely consider returning! The booking went so smoothly. The villa has a great pool and outdoor space and everywhere was very clean. The villa is in a great location, a supermarket only a small walk away and about a 20minute walk into town. Tracie and Julie were both very helpful from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend!
