A lovely detached villa in a quiet area of Ciudad Quesada. Situated within walking distance of bars and restaurants and a short drive to the towns of Quesada and Rojales, the Aqua-park, golf courses and blue flag beaches, the villa is suited to both family and golfing holidays.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard and has everything that you would need for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.
It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, with the double having an en-suite bathroom with ‘walk in’ shower, there is a second bathroom with a bath and shower over it.
There is a large living/dining room, which is well furnished and has a log burner for the cooler winter evenings. There is a large screen television with all English TV channels with a catch up service.
Off the living area is a conservatory that overlooks the garden and pool area.
The living area leads onto a fully fitted modern kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave, as well as a small utility area which houses the washing machine.i
The villa also has a water filtration system which allows you to get drinking water directly from the tap.
The property benefits from air conditioning/ heating and offers free wifi. All bed linen and towels are provided for your stay including beach towels.
Outside there is a 8 x 4 metre private swimming pool and a pergola that has a dining table, gas BBQ and fridge freezer. Perfect for escaping the heat of the day or to enjoy a drink overlooking the pool area.
There is a strict no smoking policy in the villa, air conditioning is included in the price. Regrettably no pets are allowed.
Baby equipment also available upon request at no extra charge.
Alicante airport is around 35 minutes away and Murcia around an hour.
