Ideal for families or a couple .From the sun roof there are stunning views over to Lanzarote and Lobos Islands you can relax and enjoy the sunshine on our sun loungers The complex is within 5 minutes walk to the nearest bars, restaurants and supermarkets and a short distance to the famous blue flag beaches and the sand dunes. Your ideal holiday place in the sun. providing excellent accommodation where you can chill-out and relax in your private secluded sun terrace or sun roof nd swim in the large pool.. Use as a base to explore the many unspoilt beaches and coves on the island .During the long hot summer evenings. you can enjoy a meal or a glass or two of your favourite drink in our private patio dinning area. A quiet and peaceful location to enjoy your holiday .You can keep in touch with home by the use of our Wifi broadband system throughout the villa and watch your favourite soaps on our 36 inch uktv system.Bedrooms:
The master bedroom and the second bedroom have recently been refurbished with a new double bed in the master, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and clock radio and furnished / decorated to a high standard
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and double fitted wardrobes with bedside cabinets, clock radio, hairdryer and portable fan.also furnished to a high standard.
Bathrooms:
A luxury tiled bathroom with large walk in shower, wash hand basin, WC , vanity mirror with lights and razor socket .Tiled throughout with cream/black ceramic and mosaics
Kitchen:
Modern bright fitted kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic 3 ring hob, full oven, large fridge/freezer washing machine, microwave and grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster juicer, all utensils, picnic cool bag and freezer pack is also available.
Living Rooms:
Bright open plan lounge/diner with a curved 5 seater sofa. Dining table and chairs, , radio and CD player, UK TV on new 36 inch flat screen tv so you can keep up with your favourite soaps. cd/ dvd and book library all available.
Other:
Wi fi internet access is now available in the villa for your laptop, if required ,by arrangement with the owners.
We can arrange private transfers from and to the airport which can be paid at time of booking or on arrival.
Clean/Towels/Linen/ weekly :
Your holiday home is provided with Bed linen bath and hand towels and tea towels .Please bring your own beach towels. .

Outside
Outside on the private terrace there is a dinning, table, chairs and sun umbrella and sun loungers. The sun roof is accessed by a staircase from the main terrace, this consists of sun loungers (the sun terrace faces south and is a real sun trap ideal for topping up that tan) in complete privacy All the villas in the Complex are accessed by safe illuminated pathways through the tropical gardens. The swimming pool is available throughout the year.
Important notes on accommodation
The Villa is an ideal location for a couple or families, it is very private, secure and quiet, but within easy access to the towns bars, restaurants etc. Smoking is only permitted on the outside sun terraces and not permitted inside the villa. The owners have tried to make this property a home from home .With everything you could possibly need during your stay. The beautiful and peaceful patio area also has out side dinning area with a shaded roof and lighting for that late night drink or where you can chill out during the hot afternoon sun. You can sun bath either up on the villa sun roof or on the ground level patio, both are provided with sun loungers. A new large Mercadona and Lidl supermarket is now open just a few minutes walk away.

From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and incredibly homely—far more than just a holiday rental. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully laid out, with all the comforts you’d hope for in a home from home. The villa was perfect for the two of us—spacious, light-filled, and well-equipped for a quiet, laid-back getaway. We especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, comfy lounge area, and the private outdoor patio where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. The communal pool was a real bonus—immaculately maintained and never too busy, perfect for a refreshing dip or just relaxing with a book in the sun. The surrounding area was peaceful, yet only a short drive to Corralejo’s shops, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly, which added to the stress-free vibe of the whole trip. If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable base to explore Corralejo and unwind in your own space, this villa is ideal. We’d definitely love to return.
Disappointing Outcome to holiday.
By Paul Breslin on 29-Jun-2025We recently stayed here, and although we enjoyed our stay the whole experience has been sullied since coming home over the owner retaining our security deposit over something he himself said he did not apportion any blame to me or my family for, which I have in writing in our emails. 2 sunbeds broke during our stay, which were notified to the owner and his property manager in a timely manner. I started that if we were at fault then that was fine, and offered a contribution at least if that were the case. On our return, the owner was visiting his property 2 days after we had been there and said he would let us know-which was then when I contacted him again after that for his outcome. That was when he advised we were not at fault, but if I wanted to contribute to his new sunbeds as I had offered then that would be appreciated. I offered that he could retain 20% of our security deposit then, seeing as according to him we were not at any fault. He didn’t reply and I had to chase him again, when he advised he wouldn’t be returning our security deposit until he had completed further investigations. I have the email chain to show how the conversation developed, but needless to say, I believe he was upset at my offer and has since advised he will not be replying to any further emails and not returning my deposit, despite my offer to close the matter off by offering for him to retain 50% of the security deposit. It’s a shame this is how our holiday has ended, and regrettably I would not recommend this villa to anyone, purely based on the owner and his behaviour. I’ve no doubt his story will differ from mine, but I have all the correspondence and I would challenge anyone to be in our position and not be as disappointed as we are at this outcome. I can’t count the number of holiday homes we’ve stayed in over the years-even when our children were much younger and when we’ve taken our dog with us-and never had our deposit retained for anything.

Guest admitted in writing to damaging two brand new sunbeds and initially agreed to cover the cost. Offers made were insufficient, and as per our clear terms, the bond was withheld, still leaving us out of pocket. We also gave a £100 discount and helped save on transfers. We’ve always provided clean, quality accommodation and are disappointed by this situation
