Fantastic villa, amazing views
By James Family on 26-Dec-2019
We have just returned from a fantastic family holiday at this villa. Our party ranged from 6months to 60+ years and the villa caters perfectly for everyone whatever their age. The views are amazing especially the evening sunsets, we watched the new year firework diplays along the coast from our balcony and we couldn't have been in a better spot. The games room was well equipped and was a really good way to while away an evening. There is a brilliant butchers and a bakers nearby and a supermarket approx 10 minute walk away. Paul the owner was always helpful answering any questions and giving lots of useful information. We are already looking forward to a return trip.

The most amazing holiday we have ever been on, the villa is beautiful, well kept and just feels so homely. We spent 2 full days away from the villa but the rest was sat around the pool, which the children absolutely loved. The area is perfect your only a 15/20 min walk from the beach and there is always a taxi if needed but we had all the time in the world so made the most of the walk back up.
From booking to arriving it has been the most relaxing process I have ever had to deal with and there is no way we would ever do any other holiday than a villa again and this villa is definitely one that we will be returning to again.
Can't wait to return.

Just back and a quick thank you for the use of the villa, its was fantastic.
Great house and the back garden with pool makes it one of the best we have stayed in, the Kids could play about both in and around the pool which was great.
We have been going to this area for a number of years and love the fact the butchers/bakers are just a 5 mins walk and the big supermarket is only 10/15 mins as well.
Already looking to book again for next year.

This Villa is one of the best I have stayed in. Its immaculately clean and well looked after, the facilities are excellent and a short walk (downhill) to the local bars, restaurants and beaches.
A quiet area, so perfect for families. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough, I will certainly be coming back again next year.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful villa. I Booked it for myself, my 3 children and my parents. Children aged from 4 to 11. The villa was perfect for a lovely relaxing holiday! Everything you could think of was supplied! Even down to inflatables for the pool. The booking was stress free and we were given plenty of information before we went away. Paul was brilliant in answering any questions we had. We were greeted by Noel who maintains the property and he showed us round, answered any further questions and popped in regularly to sort the gardens and pool. Cant wait to return to this beautiful place and would highly recommend for a family holiday.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful villa. Located about 10 minutes walk from shopping centre. Situated in a very quiet street which is exactly what we wanted away from noise of a resort. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool - would definately stay again!
Morning Elaine, We are really pleased that your stay at our villa met your expectations. I have been watching the weather and i bet the children enjoyed the pool to keep cool. As you rightly say sometimes it is so peaceful and relaxing it is just what you and your family need just to chill around the pool. This is the second positive review since a client wrote a defamatory review for financial gain. Once again thank you very much. Kind Regards Paul & Marie
Location and views incredible. The outside area is fantastic and very hard to leave.28-38 Calle El Sauce34, Adeje, CN, 38660, Spain

Stayed here with family and friends. Lots of space both inside and out, and plenty of seating and loungers outside. Only regret was not booking a longer holiday here!
Hi Emma, The comments you have posted are much appreciated, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay, Since your stay we have imported and erected a large gazibo near the barbecue area with a felt roof so hopefully no wind damage. These positive reviews not ones posted for financial gain gives is a genuine confidence boost. Kind Regards Paul and Marie

Villa is absolutely fantastic. Spacious, well-equipped, wonderful views, just couldn’t be better. We had a great time, a perfect week’s holiday for a family of seven. Do note that this is a review of the villa itself and not a review of Home Away! I should say the experience of booking through HomeAway was very poor, we were very glad that we were able to communicate directly with the owner otherwise we’d have just given up.

Could not find a fault with this villa. One of the best we have stayed in. We were on holidays with our three teenage daughters. They loved their holiday. We had a car so did the Masca valley drive and of course visited Il Teide. These trips are a must do. Villa location is great. Quiet at night. Supermarket, Super Dino, 5 mins drive. Has everything you will need. 5mins to harbour front. Be sure to visit Siam Shopping Mall if you have daughters who love to shop. Noel and Maureen looked after the villa. Lovely friendly couple. Overall a great villa. You won't be disappointed. ENJOY!

We stay at a villa every year and this is by far the best one to date. The pictures do not justify it. On arrival we were met by Noel and Maureen who are two of the nicest people you will meet. Extremely helpful and full of local knowledge. Now the villa is amazing inside and out. We normally head out every second day but on this holiday it was hard to leave the villa. We loved it. Booking was easy and Noel and Maureen were there if you needed them. We used Marco a local 7 seater taxi man when we headed out at night. Once you get down to the coast there is just so many places to visit. Best villa we ever stayed in and the location is also one of the best - Costa Adeje Many Thanks for a fantastic holiday.

The villa is exactly as described. Well furnished, very clean and comfortable inside, spacious outside with lots of seating options, a nice garden and very pleasant pool area with views down to the coast. Noel and Maureen live nearby, were there on arrival to show us around and are available with help and advice if required. A car makes it easier to reach the promenade area, parking is easy enough, especially towards the Northern end and La Caletta but it is quite possible to walk down and get a taxi back if you wish. There is an excellent little complex 1/4 of a mile away with a vibrant cafe bar, Fase Uno, serving excellent coffee, beer and light meals at very reasonable prices and a small supermarket for everyday needs - bread, milk etc. Three recent additions to the block since our last visit were a greengrocer selling a good range of fresh fruit and veg, a superb butcher, managed by an Englishman, whose steaks and sausage could not be bettered anywhere and, finally, a new French restaurant opened the week before we arrived. Chef is apparently well known and well regarded and has a loyal clientele - the small place was full on our second visit. More good news is that Eugene from the Fase Uno is also opening a new restaurant across the road, next to the existing pizza shop. If it is anything like his existing business, it will most certainly be worth a visit. So, Miraverde is becoming almost self-contained, making the villa even more attractive. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Great place to chill relax and enjoy a magical property with the most stunning views and comfortable surroundings. My grand daughter loved the pool and we had some really nice meals on the BQ and just had a great time. Make sure you get the games room as it will let the kids get out your hair for a wee while and if it's to hot out the sun and into the shade. I will be coming back Paul.Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Tourists without a Car, Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers.

Fantastic villa, great location

ust spent 10 days at this villa. It is excellent. Well furnished inside and out. Great pool, large and well heated, our 2 boys loved it and so did my wife, my sister and I. Large games room is also a hit for all ages. Anice 15 minute walk to the beach and a taxi to home (taxi from beach was only around 4 euros) We were well taken care of by Maureen and Noel and the owner Paul was a pleasure to deal with when booking the villa. Nice quiet area but with shops and bars 2 to 3 minutes walk away. We had a wonderful time and have already booked with Paul again to return in Novemebr for a winter week holiday.
THE VILLA IS ACTUALLY BETTER THAN THE PHOTOS SHOW AND IS VERY WELL PRICED (UNDERPRICED I BELIEVE).
Less than 20 minutes to airport and there was no problem staying late on our day of departure as the villa was not booked that day.
IN SHORT, EVERYTHING ABOUT THE VILLA, OWNER AND MEET AND GREET PERSONS WAS FIRST CLASS AND WE WILL RECOMMEND THIS VILLA TO FRIENDS AT WORK AND AT HOME.
Thanks for the use of the villa and for the welcome pack on arrival.

Just returned from a two week stay at this beautiful villa. It exceeded all our expectations. We went as a family for a special birthday & had a fab time. The games room is extremely handy, especially if children are staying. Couldn't fault anything!
