Situated in a quiet and beautiful residential area - Los Estanos, our Townhouse in Guadamar del Segura, Spain is perfect for a blissful sojourn. The urbanisation is surrounded by orange groves and pine forest and there is a lovely landscaped frontage. You will find superb beaches, golf courses, shopping outlets and other entertainment venues within an easy reach. This child friendly air conditioned property set over three floors features a sun terrace with sun beds and far reaching views, reclining chairs and patio furniture. A community swimming pool and private parking. The area is just perfect for water sports lovers. The beaches and sand dunes that stretch up to 14 kilometers comprise of one of the best beaches on Costa Blanca. Public transport to the beach is available close by.

Stayed for 8 weeks from 30th august 2017. As a mature couple looking for a relatively quiet base but with easy access to all we wanted this house is in an ideal location. The house itself provided everything we needed, its not an ultra modern high spec place but feels homely and comfortable and it was a really good price. Lots of little bits there that just made it that bit more enjoyable - and the wifi is excellent. As reviewed before, its 15 min slow walk to the centre of Guardamar and a further 10 to the nearest beach which is the main section along a huge stretch. Mostly Spanish holidaymakers when we arrived and Scandinavian when we left, but no problem speaking English everywhere. We had the use of pushbikes and easily explored - lots of cycle tracks around but even road cycling felt safe. Everything you need is within walking distance as long as you don't have walking difficulties but then again a three storey house wouldn't be for you anyway. We ate nearly every meal on the top terrace right up to our last day - its big with good views, sun reaches here by lunch time. Unfortunately these were regularly accompanied by the typical Spanish soundtrack of a couple of barking dogs - this is what you have to expect in a Spanish urbanisation, it didn't last long, never woke us at night and we got used to it. Yes, we would go back and thanks to Di & Bev for all the prompt and friendly communications.

We were very pleased with the house and there was plenty of space both inside and out. The pool was slightly on the small side but it was never busy and usually we had the pool to ourselves! You would struggle staying here if you didn't hire a car as there isn't much near by. We are familiar with this area of Spain therefore we were able to get out and about easily. The local bar was very welcoming and the food was reasonably priced and it's only a 2 minute walk away. We visited the beach by the port and found this to be easy to access and less busy than in the town. It was very helpful having wifi and the air conditioning as it was very hot. We would recommend renting this property to any family looking for a home from home and a quiet relaxing holiday!

Clean welcoming house Even had beers in the fridge when we arrived Lovely neighbours 20 minute walk into town/beach or 5 minute walk to bus stop House has wifi and English tv, my children loved the Disney channel Lovely local bars and restaurant for when you don't want to head into town Street market and fun fair in summer season in main town. Will definitely be back

the house was well equipped with everything you need. beds very comfortable which is a bonus as generally they are not in holiday homes.
