Villa Begonia is a beautiful 4 bed-roomed detached villa located in the Tosalet area of Javea. The full villa has been recently renovated to a high standard. It is set in private gardens and has a floodlit swimming pool. The plot is 1200m2 and the villa construction is 244m2.

This spacious villa comprises of an open plan lounge / dining room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two king bedrooms, there are 3 bathrooms.

The open plan lounge/ dining room offers air-conditioning, TV, sofas, fire place and dining table. Leading off the lounge is the fully furnished covered Naya - equipped with sofas and dining table & chairs. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the splendid views.

The newly fitted kitchen has all the modern appliances one would expect and there is also a utility room with a washing machine.

The master bedroom benefits from a super king size bed, air-conditioning, blinds, ceiling fan, wardrobes, TV and en-suite shower room. The 2nd king bedroom offers air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, TV and an en-suite shower room. The 1st double bedroom also boasts air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobes and TV. The double bedroom offers air-conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobes and TV.

The modern family bathroom has a bath, shower, double sinks and a toilet.

There is air conditioning and WIFI throughout the villa. The TV in the lounge has UK Sky TV channels including Sky sports, BT sports and Sky cinema. The TVs in the bedrooms have UK Freeview.

The villa is all on one level although there are some steps around the villa and the garden area. All the windows benefit from blinds or curtains and the villa has been tastefully furnished.

Outdoors you will find secure parking and a car port, patios and gardens furnished for sunbathing, BBQ´s and al-fresco dining. The gardens are well maintained with a variety of flowers, orange, lemon and fig trees. The pool (11m x 6m) is a very beautiful and can be lit at night to enjoy an evening swim.
If you love to sunbathe, the gardens and terraces get all day sun and there is even a roof top terrace.

The sandy beach at the Arenal in Javea is 4.9km away or a 9-minute drive and here you will find many bars, restaurants and shops. It is a very beautiful area to explore. The nearest restaurant is 1.5km. In the local area there are a variety of water sports, tennis courts and golf courses, all are within easy driving distance. We recommend a car to get the most out of your holiday.

Very beautiful villa

Villa très belle fidèle au photo piscine et jardin magnifique. Idéal pour famille nombreuses, seul bémol aucun commerce à proximité et voiture obligatoire pour aller à la plage la plus proche. Very beautiful villa faithful to the photo, swimming pool and magnificent garden. Ideal for large families, the only downside is no shops nearby and a car is required to go to the nearest beach. Merci pour votre réactivité, notre séjour c’est bien passé nous ne manquerons pas de conseiller votre logement à nos proches. 6 of us stayed in villa Begonia for 12 days.. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Lovely pool and gardens. The villa is very well equipped and extremely comfortable apart from the dining space- inside the dining table is for 4 people outside the table is for 6 but the villa is listed for 8- we managed despite this!! Would definitely return. Liz was extremely helpful

Had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa. Kids enjoyed the pool all day and night – nice that we could keep an eye on them from the lovely naya! Definitely returning!
