Description

The 8-person luxury villa is very complete and comfortable, like we would hope to find a holiday home ourselves. On the 1000 m2, the mature garden offers a choice of seating area’s to enjoy the sun or relax in the cooling shade under the trees. Enjoy the birds, flowers, palms, tropical plants. Have a swim in the large (heated) private swimming pool, or just relax on one of the sunbeds there. A hammock is attached to the high trees near the small pond.. You can cook indoors, grill on the BBQ or cook under grape leaves in the outdoor kitchen. The high vegetation around provides a lot of privacy.
The villa is 5 minutes from the sandy beach and sea (car). In Villa Sundance you can enjoy a warm pool the entire year, because of the heating with a heat pump and many solar panels.

Villa SunDance is located in the Urbanizacion (suburb) Valsol in Javea, Xabia in Valencian spelling. As you can see on Google maps the villa has a very central location to all of the 11 cala's & beaches of Javea.
Javea has a beautiful historic centre where you get a taste of Spanish culture. Small streets with some shops and terraces, the old market hall next to the church is still being used.

All in the villa is on one level. The interior is very comfortable and complete. The beds sleep great.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, blinds and ceiling-high wardrobes. The living room is also equipped with an aircon. On one side the sofas & chairs offer a place to enjoy a chat, reading, music or television and a dining area is located on the other side.
The covered terrace and the kitchen also have ceiling fans.

Outside dining sets on the covered patio and one in the garden.

Wi-Fi and fibre internet and satelite-tv.

The private pool is heated, so also in the spring and fall the temperature is very nice and relaxing.
The shallow side of the pool has Roman stairs.

The area around the pool with the sunbeds, has pleasant, very soft, artificial grass.

Wheelchair users also have easy access to the terraces and the pool area.

Our choice for this location was made because of the close distance to the sea. In the surrounding area is a wide choice of beaches and small bays, plus the beautiful inland with the mountains (astonishing views), the wine valleys and old villages.
The beautiful cities Valencia and Alicante are nearby at a bit more than an hour by car.

Restaurants within walking distance.

The costs which vary per booking are not included as it is not reasonable if a family of 4 pays the same as a family of 8, for the sheets and towels (€10 pp),
The same applies for the final cleaning, as this is just once, for a stay of 1 week or more weeks (€75,-)

Because of the solar panels the costs for electricity are still quite low.

The costs of energy and water are not included in the rental fee, guests can have aircons on with the window open, not cover the heated pool, have a water tap running for hours etc.
No extra charge, it is just what we pay and you can read the meters yourself.
