Description

The villa is located in the Urbanizacion (suburb) Valsol in Javea, Xabia in Valencian spelling. As you can see on Google maps the villa has a very central location to all of the 11 cala's & beaches of Javea.
Waking up with the sounds of birds or crickets, depending on the time of the year.

Everything in the villa is on one level. The interior of the villa is very comfortable and complete. The beds sleep great.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning and a fan on the ceiling and blinds for a good nights rest in a dark bedroom. The ceiling-high cupboards in each bedroom have a safe installed. The living room is equipped with an aircon, on one side the sofas & chairs offer a place to enjoy a chat, reading, music or television and a dining area on the other side.
The covered terrace and the kitchen also have ceiling fans. Another dining set is located on the covered patio and one in the garden.
Next to the covered patio, you can also cook under the grape leaves, in the outside kitchen.

Free Wi-Fi internet and satelite-tv.

The private pool is heated, so also in the spring and fall the temperature is very nice. In the period from the beginning of November until the end of March the pool heating will be turned on at your request.
At the side with the Roman stairs it is very shallow.

The area around the pool has pleasant, very soft, artificial grass.
Also for wheelchair users there is easy access to the terraces and the pool.

Around the villa several terraces give you a choice to sit in the sun or shade.

Our choice for this location was made because of the very close distance to the sea. In the surrounding area is a wide choice of beaches and small bays, plus the beautiful inland with the mountains (astonishing views), the wine valleys and old villages.
The beautiful cities Valencia and Alicante are nearby at a bit more than an hour by car.

Restaurants within walking distance.

The solar panels make the costs for electricity still quite low : )
Because of the heated pool and the 5 airconditionings we have in the villa, we charge energy and water seperately. You pay what we pay and you can read the meters yourself.

The costs which vary per booking are not included as it is not reasonable if a family of 4 pays the same as a family of 8, for the sheets and towels (€10 pp),
The same applies for the final cleaning, as this is just once, for a stay of 1 week or more weeks (€75,-)
