This spacious 3‑bedroom villa sits in an upmarket residential area of Puerto del Carmen, with private driveway parking and plenty of free street parking. The boardwalk, harbour, and coastal path are all an easy walk away.
Inside, the villa features a master double with en‑suite, plus two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Both bathrooms include twin basins and a bidet. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
Outside, a shaded terrace overlooks the pool and pool table — a favourite spot for guests. The 7m x 4m pool is electrically heated from November to April and solar‑heated from May to October, with a cover to keep it warm overnight. It’s perfect for swimming lengths or simply splashing around.

Short walk to nearby restaurant and supermarket for essentials - 4 mins. 10 minute walk to harbour and strip for wide selection of restaurants and bars. Great base to see the island and check out excursions, also to just stay put and relax by the pool
