Las Brisas is a gold crown award resort, has a large heated swimming pool, with sun loungers and parasols, a separate children's playpool, play area and 2 tennis courts. Overlooking the pool is the reception area including a shop, restaurant, bar and indoor games room. Las Brisas is only 5 mins walk from the shops, bars restaurants and beaches of Playa Blanca. Our villa is very well equipped with sun loungers, patio furniture and a barbecue on a large terrace, it is also well equipped internally with an all electric kitchen comprising oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave oven, along with a full range of crockery and cutlery.
The comfortable living area includes settee and 2 chairs, dining table and chairs, a colour television with Satellite reception, a DVD player and telephone. The option of Air Con in the bedroom is available for a nominal charge of 25 euros per week. Bedroom and bathroom windows have mosquito screens, there is also a small safe in the bedroom.

Just returned from yet another fantastic two week holiday. Home from home. The villa location is second to none, just a short walk to the restaurants, shops and bars. A quiet site with a fabulous swimming pool and a friendly bar, especially on Monday nights, Quiz night. The bathroom in the villa has recently been updated with a spacious walk in shower and we loved the new sun loungers on the patio. The villa is south facing, benefiting from the sun until it sets, unlike some of the villas where the palm trees cast shade on the patio. However,the spacious covered area gives lots of shade when you get too hot, which in June this year we experienced. This is a well equipped villa providing all the essentials for a relaxing holiday. We will be returning.

The villa was extremely well supplied with everything you would possibly need - clean and comfortable - beds VERY comfortable - would recommend to anyone without a car as 5 mins walk from shops and restaurants. thank you for a lovely stay and hope to book again a.s.a.p.

Very comfortable, clean and well stocked villa with lots of information on local attractions and how to operate the equipment supplied.
The club house features nightly entertainment, has friendly and helpful staff with a restaurant serving well cooked good value meals.
The heated pool is life guard protected and is clean and warm.
Easy walk into town, 5 minutes, with a small bus terminus 2 minutes walk. Good family holiday.
